Wow. Amazing food. Loved everything here. Tasty. Good potions. Great price. If you are close to here, do not miss eating here. Best in the area. Will come again.
We had a very very bad customer experience from open house on 17th August 2023, We ordered food and waited for few minutes then a guy who works there demanded us to move to another table. He not even requested or asked us he demanded to move to next table because he said a family coming but actually we were two friends went to have food there and the family he mentioned also two people.
Iconic place.porotta chilli chicken used to be my favourite during school days. Yesterday i went to the place and was thinking "ok nice set up". But later i felt "ok thats not nice " as we were sitting there in a room for next one hour waiting for food. And added to that the part we were seated in a place with no AC.and then the food came.and it was cold.any hotel can have a bad day.may be my day was bad
Earlier the shop was actually too good we would go after most times. Last night I went to eat there. It was busy so I couldn't enter the hall downstairs. So I went up the ambience is nice it's calm we can bring our family the food is tasty with rates now being same as most of the top restaurants in town. But the service is a bit towards the down. Also the behaviour of staff especially the main waiter is very rude. The people who we eating near us also complained about the guy being rude. There's no proper parking space we have to adjust in the along roadside. If the behaviour of the staff is improved and with faster services it would make the place great.
Restaurant is nice with good food, it's on 1st floor, there is a coffee house in the ground floor and its poorly managed, but the icecreams are really cool.
Best chicken biriyani available here with nice quantity. Vegeterian dishes are also nice. The only one thing i feel they should make better is the kerala parotta. This place is mainly famous for their chilly beef and chilly chicken
Famous for chilli chicken and parotta.u can c the food being prepared in front of us.even has catering business. The food is fairly good.now has a bakery with exciting delicacies.
Got into the restaurant at 10PM. Was moderately crowded. The under trained service team have no idea how to welcome guests. However we ordered a signature Chilly Chicken and also a mutton perattu accompanied with Kerala paratha and Idiyappam. Also picked up lime juice.
Great Chilly Chicken. Well cooked with right spices. Mutton Perattu turned up to be a disaster. Juice was well made.
I ate chilli chicken and porotta on my visit here.it was totally worth the hype especially the porotta u get there needs special appreciation. Really worth trying!
An absolute treat to your taste buds. The paratta and chilli chicken is mouth watery and one of the finest in town. Nice ambience and clean environment. If you are a fan of chilli chicken please do try this place out. Located just a few metres ahead of dhanya remya cinema hall. And dont miss out the mango juice
We loved to have food from there, but quite disappointed when we had ordered thru Swiggy, the food was cold, the quantity was very poor, i couldn't believe when someone commented this earlier in person. Anyway, my advise is to both parties, are equally responsible to serve quality and fresh food to public otherwise we tend to back off whether its Muggy or Swiggy.
Been here at the cake section only. Some of them are fantastic. It's a small place with not much parking space. Price is a little bit on the higher side.
I don't remember when I first got the open house chilly chicken taste. May be at the age of 5 or 6, grandpa took me the to have chilly and porotta. After that my dad. Now I'm 32, and such a foodie. If I want to eat chilly chicken, i visit Open House. Same taste, same flavor. It's really magic.
Open house serves good Kali mirch paneer and Kerala parota. The way to restaurant is under construction so please take a different route from Ayurveda college. Great chilly chicken also
Supposedly the best chilly chicken in trivandrum. They certainly serve a great plate of chilly chicken but I wouldn't call it the best. Nice ambience, especially in the first floor. A casual dining place for family and friends.
The restaurant famous for non veg items especially chilly chicken. The cleanliness of the kitchen is commendable. The wheat perittathu is taste and I prefer that from there as it is not harmful compared to maida. For those who prefer take away food the package is also available.
