Great customer service. Orchid has got huge collections of branded products for women. Shopping could be done with ease; the shop has three floors filled with all the necessary amenities. ️

The salesladies are very manipulating (so be careful when you purchase). Has a lot of collections for most of the needs for women in a single shop. I liked the experience all together.

We choose everything for my sister's wedding from here.it was a good experience. Amazing collections are here. I went with my friend Thazni for next time. Upstairs staffs were so.gentle. Downstairs male staff was very friendly but one of the staff behaved very rudely and misbehaved me. She has no manners. She is not even sailing things. Just chatting with daily.customers.such staff is really a loss for shop and customer.

They have every little thing that a woman needs. All kind of cosmetic items. Their variety is really huge. There are two or three floors of it. Even that tiny little one particular type of hair clip or something you can find it here. The only problem is that there is no parking space available near it.

There is a variety of collections but the staffs there literally drag you to purchase the products of their preferred brand.i find it irritating

A nice shop with everything ranging from fancy, cosmetics, skincare products, footwear, bags, stoles and everything a women needs except the dress!

Check online stores for better pricing. Service is good but price is at least 30% more than online stores

Worst shop I have ever been. Bought 4 products, mostly Maybelline. I was given a product whose date had expired two years ago. Went to replace the product and I was given the product which will expire after 2 months. Tired, I checked myself only to find that most of the products were old. When I finally got a new one, they argued that the price was less and have to buy some other thing. Plz guys, check the expiry date of everything. I vouched never to go again

For a town like palakkad, it's a good place to buy cosmetic products, bags, shoes, hair accessories, gifts, etc.under one roof.

Very poor customer service. Yesterday I visited the shop the staff incharge in the dress section was very rude & they don't want to show the products to the customers. The guy in the dress section was shouting & behaving like a slave infront of all the customers to the lady staff who accompanied with me from the downstairs. Starting time it was a good shop, but now it is the worst shop. Hope won't visit the shop again.
