Mosquitos inside the AC room. AC was not working. Hot n Sour soup was bland. Watermelon in Fruit salad had gone bad. And to top it all, it took a lot of time for the food to arrive. Only good thing was the waiter was always smiling and he gave discount on the fruit salad after we complained.

Worst fries i have tasted yet.i ordered chilly cheese fries and they have literally put raw dried red chilles and they have put few drops of cheese for the sake of calling it cheese fries. This is a huge restaurant and this is what they serve.fully disappointed.shame on you guys.

After the renovation. The menu has changed. It is not as happening as before. But then again it's one of the very few night out joints in kochi. Has nice rooms for short stay too.

This is one of the worst places that I have ever been to in Kochi. The staff are extremely rude, ignorant and ill-mannered. And when I tried to place the order, I was told that the items I wanted will take more than half an hour to make, or were not available. The whole place looks and feels like a graveyard. Would not recommend this place to anyone and would not be going back here either.

A place rarely visited by anyone, it was so creepy in there that we left asap. Also there was food lying on the floor.

The place with seating arrangements for more than 24 people at a time has just 1 wash basin & 1restroom as common for both gents & ladies

The prices are really exorbitant compared to the way it's made & served

This was the first time, we were asked for card, when we paid in cash. Our bill was around 900/- & we paid a currency note of 2000/- & they didn't have change for the balance, it seems!

Earnestly requesting not to even park your vehicle near this place, as the local stray dogs, pee on the wheels.

I went there for lunch thinking it was a good place. Once i ordered it felt like a funeral. I asked add ons on my burger and didn't get them and they insisted that add ons were there. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

It was the first day of the restaurant. Food is excellent. But hygiene matters need immediate attention.

Sometimes the gem we seek is right in front of our eye.
I went to this place with minimal expectations with another person as a treat. Finding the place was bit difficult since it took two passes through the same place for me to find it. Since the boards are not illuminated.and the place is bit inside.

When I reached there. I got a warm welcome by the waiter there and it was a pleasant surprise. He was a good person and his service was live and energetic. (Fyi if you go there.tip that guy.). The food we ordered was a chicken sandwich (pic can be found below) and I will say it was worth it. Tasty and yummy and mildly warm food was a great. I have got coupon so I did got a discount there. But I could say it's little bit on the pricy side.

The place was on warm light. Music was playing in the background.it was a pretty great time I had there.

So if you are looking for a place that's not too crowded to hangout or to celebrate a small occasion like birthday day.this place is the one.

We had visited this place many times (Almost 10 times) sometimes back and we had very good experience. Thinking the same we were a bunch of friends went there last day, and I couldn't believe I visited the same place. It's pathetic now. I'm giving the 1 star just because of the service guy, who were all pleasant and technically can't review below that. We ordered sizzler and what we got is something totally different. Yeah the sizzler wooden base was there and smashed potato and the veggies. The beef tasted like marinated and just boiled, nothing like a sizzler. And we didn't understand the chicken taste, what was that? Can you people please say, what is Sizzler? I had it from different places, why we notice this dish if we are in a restaurant? Because It sizzles. Where were the sizzling in the food you gave us? No sear no hissing, no taste. Just because you serve it on a platter with accompaniment (leaves and potatoes) doesn't make a sizzler.
We went there around 11.30, just 1 table were occupied. They took the order and everyone disappeared. We were just sitting there next one hour wondering what's happening. Nobody showed up or nobody was bothered to inform us the time it may take. I had to go and find out them in the kitchen later to ask when are we going to get it. Finally, we got the dishes after a good 1h20 min wait.
When we told them about the low quality, they said the kitchen work is going on so preparing in a small kitchen, is there any difference in big kitchen sizzler and small kitchen sizzler? Then it should be there in the menu. I didn't understand the logic of kitchen size and taste. If you are unable to serve it close the thing for maintenance. Or else you should not take the order, serve what you can make in the so called small kitchen.
And finally, when we said about the quality they offered us a discount of Rs. 150, we very much know to Stand there and create a situation, but we wanted to have something before the other places close so we left. The 150 discount you gave for what? Compensation of spoiling our get together? Or because you were sure we get stomach upset very next day? Guess the food quality you served. I didn't notice the bill at that time or else I could have return that 150 immediately. We are ready to pay 20% extra. Serve good food. Or else don't take the order. Why you people want to spoil your name and our mood?
I appreciate the pain you took to prepare one dish which was not in the menu, even though it was of no use.

Nice ambience. Its 24hrs open and taste of food is also good. Good attenders and compromising price.

Hungry odd hour's.oregano restocafe is ur answer.which is open 24 hours.had visited this place twice in week time, and extreamly satisfied with the quality of food and service.

Simply amazing food, flavors of which remain with you long after you have left the place.ordered lollipop and bbq wings and burger and wheat parrots.wheat parrots were a stand out here.the place is packed most evenings and on weekends.thanks to the quality of food it serves up.would recommend booking a table here before visiting deffenitly recommended for my friends

Poor quality service. We had to wait a good 30 minutes before someone noticed us and the restaurant was practically empty at that time. It took more than one hour to reach the food on the table and the food was mediocre too.
We can get better food in the other hotels. The chinese items are very costly compared to other hotels. However, the ambiance is okay. Never recommending this to anybody

Claiming they are mash restaurant even though mash is opened next door. Trying to con people. Mash might close down soon coz of this. Run by a bunch of bullies. The waiters seem more like gangsters than staffs.

Can't believe this is the way by which you attract your customers. Its a shame that this keeps happening. It happened to me also today.

Oregano is the new name for MASH which they took over. They r in the transition stage and facing teething problems in terms of service & food. But the attitude of the guys looks good so I'm sure they will make it up fast. Wishing them the very best with this new venture
