An honest review. It's been 3 months I started working out here. Before that I was in Bangalore and was working out in Gold's Gym. As you all know Gold's Gym is internationally well known gym, compared to that the staff at Body fitness gym are very helpful and give you one on one attention especially Vishak in the morning section. You don't feel the need of having a personal trainer over here. They will clear you doubts everyday even if you ask them the same thing again and again.

Equipments need to be improved. But over all for the price you pay its worth the money.

Awesome place for any serious fitness seeking individual. If you need a serious body transformation, this is a place to be.
