Unprofessional and Extremely bad service My phone got stuck and it was around 7 pm. Happened to step in this shop. They were least interested to help. They asked me to go to 2 nd floor where I saw a staff in cabin. They said it's under warranty and i should go to service center. I informed to forget about warranty and to fix it for me and am ready to pay. That time the staff went inside and got his colleague and said the same.i said it emergency I need my phone fixed. He said I can take your phone and need to open and check and give on Friday (he needs 2 days to check). I was not happy with the reply and I didn't trust his words. The way they behaved never made me feel they are genuine and he asked for the phone just to get rid of me. I came home and checked YouTube and within 30 mins I fixed it. When I could fix in 30 mins it's obvious that a trained staff can do in 10 to 15 mins. Still the first statement was they need to open and check. Am surprised how we are cheated each time for depending on such unprofessional unhelpful people. When you are unemployment you crib and customer asked for Service you are not ready to serve them. So pitty on you

Very Bad experience, Had My Nokia 7 Plus's Charging Port replaced, and the charging port stopped working In just Within a Month, plus They Literally Spliied glue inside my front Selfie Camera's Lens. Overall, Very Bad experience in a Phone servicing perspective!

I approched for Samsung Note 8 display change (waterproof resistance offered by the company got failed). But they don't have spare part to sell. As a Samsung customer roaming here and their bz of companies mandatory appointment before repair.

Totally disappointed by there customer service. The sales man offered to call me when the product that I asked arrives but q week later I called but no one took the phone and I visited the showroom during the pandemic and that same person told me that it got out of stock. It's there mistake saying that they will contact and not contacting me
Over the years since the shop has opened, I have purchased several products from there, including laptops, mobile phones, head sets, mixer grinder etc. I have not encountered any issues with the products till now. I am sure that they sell good quality products at fair prices.
One has to understand that when we purchase an electrical or electronic appliance no one can really guarantee that it will never have any fault or problem when used. It certainly depends on the particular piece that we get, for which we shall not blame the brand or the shop on the whole. In case of any problem, they offer satisfactory service. The customer treatment has always been warm and pleasant. Staff is patient enough to listen and address our queries.
The only area where some improvement could be done is when the shop is a bit crowded, the staff fail to cater to the people properly so that we feel ignored sometimes. But this happens in every other shop i have visited, but still.
On the whole, I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone.
I bought a refrigerator from Oxygen and the customer service I received in the premise was outstanding. More important is the after delivery support I received when I had some clarifications about it. Even during the lockdown, the customer service personal (Aneesh) went all the way to clear the confusion using a technician and even ensured the refrigerator is working well as expected.
It's a great place for Tech-shopping. They have all kinds of equipments that will be essential for our daily life. Great collection of smart phones including One plus (Emi Option available). And coolers AC's and all.
Poor service. Goons calling you to debate on international products quality. Received very vulgar message upon not attending customer service calls. I decided not to purchase and item from Pattom showroom so I was threatened and the person called wanted to argue/debate over why I need to purchase their laptop instead of getting one from abroad.
Suggesting top management to provide proper education on how to treat customers and how not to send 'threatening' message to their personal phone numbers! Will not suggest someone who's looking for a safe, easy product inquiry and purchase. MyG, QRS does have far better and customer friendly people working on board.

Please be very careful when u deal with the staff in Oxygen Showroom at Pattom. I had purchase a Samsung phone from this showroom, the staff has claimed that they are selling at the best price and even less than online prices compared to Amazon and flipkart. It's my mistake I trusted the staff and agreed for the said price. When I checked the price in Amazon, the OXYGEN has cost me more. The oxygen staff has said me to wait after swiping my card for invoice. The staff has left for other customer and I had litterly go behind them to get the invoice. Really bad experience. Please check with other showrooms and never believe these people.

After using a Lenovo Laptop for more than 9 years I found myself in a situation where I am in urgent need for a new laptop. I was confused whether to go for Online Purchase coz E-behemoth like Amazon and Flipkart is giving amazing discounts. But one name kept me away from doing that. The name is Oxygen Digital Shop. Its a one stop shop for all the Electronic and Home appliances purchases. I went to their Pattom Shop and the Service people where very friendly and gave much attention to the details I aired. Mr Amir Khan showed all the models available there at the Shop which suits my requirements and he is a very good listener from a customer point of view. We fixed S330 laptop. Mr VIJEESH an employee who heads sales there needs a special mention. He is an example for many budding Service professional s. I puchased the laptop by Card payment and produced my bill to the bank. Bank credited the amount again to Oxygen Digital Shop and I found myself in the middle of nowhere. Mr VIJEESH helped me out by crediting back the amount and helping me out of that situation. I have made lot of calls regarding this double payment, an Issue with my Laptop screen bleeding and he attended every call & answered all my queries pleasently & with utmost sincerity (Sometimes 2-3 calls per day) and sorted it the laptop issue by replacing it with a newer model S340. Had I been in his position I would be easily irritated. Thank You Vijeesh and Aamir Keep your good work. And what I learned from this is we need to Support the brick and Motor Shops as well because here we can feel the Humane values, instant response and very good results while airing our issues which we will not get when we go for an Online Purchase
Bought HP Laptop from Oxygen. The customer support later was very bad. The Win 10 OS went wrong & didnt boot and gave them to reinstall. Those guys said its a hardisk issue and cannot be done. After coming home I installed new OS myself. Support team doesnt event know to install an OS.
Purchased HP Pavillion laptop worth 65000 for my brother in law who is abroad. Laptop mother board complaint occured on 8th Day. Laptop was having international warranty neither they replace/Service the laptop. Replacement will be available for 7 days only. Also Global warranty just means that they will check and inform you what the issue is. If need any parts replacement, You have to send the laptop to originating country for service.
Extremely impressed. Went there to buy a smart TV. They have all the major brands and good comparison was done between the different models. Mr Tino the sales executive assigned to us was extra professional and took so much pain in helping us select the right model. His personal touch and knowledge of the technical details is commendable. Oxygen should employ more staff like him instead of the pathetic service they had before. Thanks to Mr Tino and oxygen for helping me with selection of my TV.
Went to purchase a laptop and the showroom has a reasonable display of available models. Anyway, as I had a model in my mind and as it was readily available, I hardly had to look through other models. Salesperson was also helpful, providing necessary details regarding the warranty and the available freebies. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience.
UPDATE (2020 Jan) : Visited the store again in the first week of 2020 and purchased a mobile along with some accessories. Among them, the bluetooth headset wasn't working well (battery draining too fast) and the store resolved by replacing the item (since the same model was not available, replaced it with another one in the same price range) without any delay. Appreciate the after-sales and now I feel more confident to go and purchase from them.
Very poor service and feedback. Will not even care to attend a phone call even after repeatedly trying to reach them. Did not call back either. Either they wont pick up the call else the line would be busy.
