Never ever visit this place, the room service is so bad, rooms are full of ants, spiders n insects, it looks like a scary house. Only one thing I liked is the morning breakfast n tea. It was fresh n clean rest everything is zero

This resort is a stay which has basic amenities. Very nice place to stay with a very beautiful view. The staffs are very sweet and nice people. They make you feel like home. Our staff Vishnu was really helpful and damn polite. He was there whenever we needed him. So overall it was a good experience.

This resort is a very good for people seeking a break from the city hustle and bustle. A personal vehicle is a must while traveling to Wayanad and this destination. La Flora is located in the interiors while at the same time is very well connected to the popular tourist destinations. Rooms have basic amenities like hot water, AC, television and other stuff at very affordable rates with amazing views.

I could rate this place lesser if I had the option.
First, the room given to us wasn't the one allotted on Oyo.
The room was really small, and didn't have a balcony as advertised.
No geyser in the bathroom, unclean bedsheets.
Transparent windows without curtains, so privacy=0
We were checked out at 7.30am on the app even though we could stay till 12pm.
The staff were trying to force us to give them 5 stars on the Oyo app on check out.

Worst experience till date.

Big no for couples. Hotel lacks privacy and has transparent curtains. Anyone can get a good look of what's happening inside hotel.

Rude management.

Hotel doesn't provide basic facilities like geyser (as advertised in Oyo rooms) but the manager demands 5 star ratings.

Manager insists that the customer give 5 star ratings in front of them itself.

Complained to Oyo escalation but no response from them.

Located on a serene and peaceful place, inside and away from the main road. Breakfast was good. Accessibility to nearby town is quite far, but due to the location it was not a big deal to take a walk.

Horrible. Dirty room and toilet, poor in all aspects. No proper cleaning after the room was used, even toilet was so dirty. Staffs were making delay no seriousness. Only tv screen no connection nothing. Feel cheated. Better to avoid choosing this.

One of the best hotel over there.really a nice, clean and well maintained rooms.restaurant is bit costly.all the dish's were costly.try to plan food outside.u have to travel 3 km from main area to reach hotel.

It was a very bad experience for me. Might be because it is off season after heavy rain and flood in Kerala. No clean sheets provided despite of asking many times. And hot water was not available in the night when I reached. Infrastructure is good but maintenance was not even satisfactory. Perhaps good for bachelors for one night stay. Definitely not recommended for family.

The ambience is really good and the rooms are good. The resort is in a deserted area.
Staff is very friendly, room service is excellent.
In house restaurant has limited options for food, the food is not good.

We stayed here a night, when we reached this place at night we can't see anything except road, morning we wake up and see that we are in the middle of jungle, stay was good, enjoyed the nature.

Hotel management, the in charge small boy talk like big boss. Other ppl are poor guys n good

Low budget take a room and enjoy, food and other hospitality do not expect, go outside and enjoy the food n roam.

Also you can not go outside easliy becuase its in far from city anything you want buy min 5 km drive to city

We were 8 adults cheked in on 21st may booked 3 rooms, i couldn't understand how oyo linked with La Flora.management is total mess, food is very costly nd below standard with no specific menu, they provided only one towel fr three / two sharing rooms aminities r not at all good.absolutely a very bad experience.i could give 3/5 fr location only.rest no marks

The Worst Ever! If you book this hotel then you will definitely regret! Believe me and those who are seeing this review after that also if you book then definitely regret, Now Risk up to you and though which is not at all Worthy too.
