Excellent service provided. Had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Room was neat and tidy with all the amenities provided. They even arranged food even after the restaurant was closed. Great team. Had a great time.

I went there only once but the experience was below average. Food quality was poor and some of us faced health issues Most of the beverages mentioned in the menu was unavailable. Service was ok.

Ok.ok.bar. Not so professional staffs at bar. But still ok. Not sure about room service. But bar was average

Had one of the worst experience staying in this hotel. I booked this hotel via makemytrip. Never thought that this would turn out to be a disaster. The executive room i got was not well maintained. I was not happy with the attitude of the staffs. The only positive thing that i have of this hotel is that it is near to Trivandrum Medical College which is so accessible.

The pub is on of the worst places to hang out. Its trivandrum standards, the crowd is totally low class. Typical beverage bar showcased as a high end pub. Do not waste time here.

I have booked the room for one night. The experience was pathetic. I have reached the hotel by evening and there were no parking space, there was a security but he was not blathered about the guests. He came to us when we call him and said that we have booked a room. When I asked about the parking he said car can be leave on the road side (we have to understand that it’s a main road). And then I did approach the reception and the check in was very easy and there were no one to help us with the language we some how managed to carry 3 big bags and baby. No one there was bothered about any of those.

The room was not good at all the bathroom was below average considering the fact that it’s a 4 star and there was huge noise of some party going on we ended up in checking out immediately and shifting to another hotel.

Reasonable prices and good service. Great place to hang out with friends. Good place to have meaningful conversations and memories.

This place was rated a must-go-to and I decided to embark on a journey with my family holding on to our expectations. And let me say, I was not let down. This place has such an aura, the beauty was thrilling.

Staff attitude is horrible.
Went there for rooftop bar, couldn't find a place.
And attitude of staff was like -
" IF YOU DON'T WANT, GO ANYOTHER PLACE".
It was grossly disgusting an attitude.

Food is super delicious my favourite is chicken schezwan fried rice and BDF.
Drinks rate is reasonable. Bar area is small but the seating arrangement gives privacy. I hangout with my friend once every week just because of the tasty food they have.

I enjoy my time at Hotel Libra's Skyybar, A great ambiance and Good food with mind satisfying customer service. The place always have a vibrant crowd especially on weekends it will be packed, The management is doing a great job to keep up with the pace, A big appreciation to Mr Vishnu, Mr Krishna Kumar, Mr Midhun and Mr Allen.

Really a great place to visit often.

We stayed for a day to attend a function at Trivandrum
Rooms are fine
Kids couldn’t sleep coz of loud music at the bar, could literally feel the bass in the room
Ordered curd rice for dinner which the rice came raw and unboiled, which was then replaced
Inspite of informing the guy at reception the previous night about the breakfast (complementary) which he said will be ready at 7.45am since we had to leave for the function at 9, food wasn’t ready till 8.30 am.
When at least requested for a glass of milk for kid which was also refused. Had to leave the hotel without breakfast.
A Nightmare stay, would personally recommend home stays in Kerala when compared to these kind of hotels! People are more hospitable in home stays which also costs a lot cheaper.

I gotta say that i am pretty disappointed with this 4 star hotel. I booked a 3 night stay. Starting with the room cleanliness-not at all that of expected in a 4 star 2k priced hotel. The ac was not maintained. Moreover I had fever the very next day due to this. They have a roof top bar from which bass sound and howling can be heard in the rooms. (normaly that was ok, but not when I am having fever and trying to get some rest). That day there was a quarrel in the bar and i could hear bottles breaking and the police was there till midnight. The fridge was leaking and floor was covered with water, the bathroom was average, the food washigh priced and not even well cooked (especially the chicken in biriyani and soup). Everything I would have adjusted, but not the cleanliness (So worse that I fell sick and couldn't attend an important meeting). So final verdict: not worth the price.

Very bad service ur lockal bar not respet at coustemers staff whom warking at bar counter. They have using bad languages to customers

This is a rooftop restaurant/ bar near Medical college junction. The ambience of really good. The music was slightly loud. They have decent choice of alcoholic beverages as well as good options for vegetarians and non vegetarian food.

Would recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you Allen for going just that little step extra for the guests!

It's a great place to stay. Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception, Mr. Alan from front office was really helpful.food spread was not upto the mark, there was no varieties. Hk was Amazing

The staff were distracted and not serving the customers properly, music was too loud, beats were too fast and psy trance- we asked the staff to change the genre but they refused. And this was at 4 in the afternoon. It would've been more understandable if they were playing it late into the night. When we just want to chill, wind down and have a good time, this is not the ambience we want. Maybe they don't always have such horrible taste in music but I've only been there once and it was bad that time.

The bar attendants were mean and couldn't understand orders that I placed in proper English. Placed my order with 2 different waiters and none of them seemed to have done their job of placing their orders. Pathetic service from the bar although they were pleasant members of the staff.

I was attached by hotel staff in the bar and have a medical condition and undergoing treatment. Iam a political consultant and financer I had registered a FIR with the nearest police station and had told my advocate to follow up on the next action. Bill paid for 1188

We had organized a birthday party at the Skybar of the Hotel and were very impressed with the entire experience. The decorations were very apt, the welcome drink was refreshing and set the tone for what was in store. The food was delicious. The chef has to be complimented for such awesome food. The service was also extremely good and the waiters were very friendly and courteous. Our guests left with a satisfied feeling and all in all the entire experience was very good. All credit for the party should go to Mr Dileep for supervising the arrangements. We are so glad that we chose this venue for our celebrations.

One of the best options in town for meals in Trivandrum. We ordered meals Combo (Njarazhcha peedika) on Sunday for lunch. OMG, this is the best place for you if you look for nice filling and delicious meals. The Combo included rice, fish curry, chicken varuval, beef ullarth, thoran, kootu curry, fish pickle, puttu, kappa and the list goes on…and they included a payassam as the dessert …. The meal was very filling for two of us and we had leftovers too…

I ordered meals combo last Sunday. The meals are worth a try. Each and every item in the combo had a unique taste. Portion size was also good. I have had nothing that I did not enjoy. The best part is they do have home delivery. The packaging was neat and clean.

Booked 4 premium sadya for Thiruvonam, but when I went hotel for pickup, they were looking at some set of white papers and saying your name is not there. Felt insulted.

How can you blatantly charge 10 rupees extra per beer after writing MRP sales in block letters. Its illegal but I am not complaining as I have some good memories associated with the hotel

Very nice place to stay. Amenities provided are excellent. I like the cordial behaviour from the staff especially receptionist Ms. Jiji. I used to stay at Hotel Libra on my official visit at Trivandrum
