We booked the hotel through Oyo rooms in Make my trip portal for a good discount price. Only after reaching the hotel we were told that the hotel doesn't accept Oyo, since Oyo hasn't made them any payment in the last 6months. Not just to this hotel, but Oyo hasn't made payment for any of the hotels they've tied up in Kumuli. We were not given valid answers by Make My trip and Oyo customer service. We ended up booking another hotel directly for higher price.

I booked it through oyo for 1450 for two bedrooms. But when we arrived they told us that they don't have oyo rooms now and insisted us to pay 2000 for 2 rooms. I raised a concern in oyo but they didn't respond well.

He denied checkin as booked on a cheaper price and asked to cancel the booking and pay the double amount in cash than the booking amount.

Do not book this hotel.

I found good and cheap hotels nearby than this.

Very poor service from the hotel management. We booked 4 rooms for 4 families via OYO app with full payment and when we reached the hotel the hotel management said they cannot give the room in discounted rate even if booked from OYO app. Never go to this hotel for stay. They are cheaters and with bad attitude.

Newly constructed property with good interiors. Owner of this property, Kumaravel sir and his staff are most helpful and friendly. Highly recommended if you are traveling with family. Good food and great ambience.

Will remember the place for a long time. True to it's name the rooms are majestically decorated and rooms are named according to the decor. The dining hall on the terrace adds to the convenience. Cannot say enough of the amazing hospitality by the owner. Would like to come back in near future.

The owner is one of the most kind person you will meet. We had booked the hotel from OYO but since we were 3 people and it was off season he gave us biggest room for no additional charges. Plus the breakfast is delicious specifically the idli and puri-bhaji. We stayed here for two days and enjoyed the hospitality.
At the end when we were leaving for Munnar, the owner dropped us at the Kumily bus stand in his Scorpio which is 400ms away from the hotel. He didn't even charged for it.
And not to forget the fact that he arranged ice cream for us after 10pm on both the days.
Probably the best OYO I have stayed at.

I had a really pleasant stay at majestic residency.the hotel rooms were very clean and cosy.they also provide you a complimentary breakfast which was really good.they also provide free laundry and other amenities for a really reasonable price range.
