Very pathetic service you will find mosquito every where in the hotel from room to reception. Don’t have A/C in the restaurant

Very good hospitality, good food, good staff and service. Very clean rooms and washroom. Tea making facility available in room. Overall suberb hotel. Super speed Wi-Fi.

Worse ever experienced while staying here, rooms are worse, food worse, in dining area cockroaches all over, lobby and walking area doesn’t had a/c, AC in room was not working so much more to write

It's on highway, away from the city. Complimentary breakfast was good. So many choices.

Stayed for 1 night. Arrived around 1am in the morning and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The staff at the reception counter really helps and the morning buffet breakfast is good with variety of choices. Breakfast served at 7.45am. Overall a decent stay.

The hotel staffs service was good and also the interior and exterior also nice. Loved their lunch also.

Unhygenic Rooms. Bed sheets are not clean. I won't recommend this hotel. Please go there with the expectation of a lodge.

Food was so yummy. Even beverages were do tasty. Moreover, the staffs behaviour is very modest and the ambience is just awesome

I have stayed there for one night and i check out next day, i forgot to take my shirt from the room, then i made a call asked them to check for the shirt they said there is no shirt there, what the hell. Please think before you go to stay there.

Courteous and cooperative staff, clean and well furnished rooms. Located on the main road with all essential shops nearby.

People used to visit this hotel for stay. It is opposite to Vytila powerhouse. Bus stop infront of this hotel. Clean room. Easy to locate.

Good rooftop bar near vyttila. Well mannered staff. Polite & courteous service. Good food, sufficient quantity & tasty.
Staff shouldn't ask for 5 star rating.

Poor experience. Room like a local lodge. Old furniture and dirty buckets and cups in bathroom. Service is also too bad. Rate for one bedroom is around 3000/-

This is not at all a good hotel as my experience was not at all good. They served me half boiled rice.later after complaint changed it. No one escort to your room for the first time. No packaged drinking water for a room you pay 2700/= per night. AC is old Voltas not do much of cooling. Location is good. I had booked for 2 days stay, after these incidents left on 2nd day and shifted to Gokulam Park.which was a super hotel at similar rates.

This hotel is conveniently located on highway, serving delicious foods. We tried their fish delicacies and it was really tasty. They do customize the dish according to your taste preference if you wish so.

Rooms are clean and spacious, however food need a lot of improvement. No options for breakfast. They decided when not to serve buffet without informing the guest.

It's a big hotel with beautiful ambience and dining room. Rooms are spacious and food is mediocre (may be the things we ordered were not too great) Wanted to give it 4* for overall experience and dining but small bed that made our night very inconvenient and lack of hot water in bathroom even after complaining 7-8 times reduced it to 3*.

Nice Roof top BAR & PUB (HYPE), Beautiful view from Rooftop.we have great nights. We ate all kind of Seafood it was delicious and Highly recommended. THANK YOU for entire team of Broad bean hotel. Cochin.

The food is kinda ok. Nothing special about it. Tried their special Irachichoru. Tasty, but nothing different from beef biriyani though.

Hotel interiors and Infrastructure is very good. But the service is very poor. Flush tank was not working. Restuarant service was worst

The premium lounge is just breathtaking. A rooftop bar open air as well ae AC lounge available. Girls and family has the access as well

Just okay place. Have choices in menu. Have 2 bars. One for below middle class and another for middle class. Bit the price in the terrace bar is bit higher than normal bars. No happy hours as well.

Not upto the mark of money charged.need improvements in overall customer experience giving. Better to give more training and learning experiences to staffs for improving themselves.

It was a very good experience at this place. The food was absolutely delicious and the manager was friendly as well. He entertained us. I would recommend selecting from the broad bean specials.

Even though I have been to Kochi a number of times it was the first time that I booked my stay at the Broad Bean hotel. To be honest, even after coming under the budget category of hotels, broad been offered us with service that could be compared with that of a luxury hotel in Kochi. One thing that actually helped us was the location of the hotel which was to the center of the city allowing us as easy reach to almost all the travel destinations and attractions at the place. With best interiors, service and well-maintained rooms, the service that you people offer is actually worth the appreciation. The hotel staffs were also very friendly, helpful and supportive in a number of best ways. We enjoyed a 2 night stay place with complimentary breakfast which also was tasty and appreciable. The hotel front desk staffs even helped us with hiring a cab from the hotel to the places we were to visit. In short, the whole experience at the place was wonderful and was worth the money. Thank you guys for making our stay both comfortable and safe at Kochi. You people really did your best in offering us the best.

It was wort hotel i stayed in.bedsheet was smelling. Ac was not working it was very humid. Bed was so small cant accomodate 2persons comfortably. Charges are high compare to services.
