OYO 22195 Ya Ali

Worst ever experience. This hotel is not at all worth for what we are paying. The rooms were untidy. Service was very poor. They didn't provide even drinking water. Hotel owner is a money minded person. His behaviour was very rude with us. They cheated us and charged extra amount.

Non AC rooms had no ventilations and hence was very hot inside. Not even the washroom had a ventilation or exhaust fan.
Probably the room was given without proper cleaning after the previous occupancy.
It was very smelly n stinking including the bathroom.

It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not even cleaning washrooms.

The owners behaviour is worst, especially with ladies.
Facilities wise it's too high to pay 1000 odd rupees for a one day stay.

Other than these, a) TV is there, but doesn't work in any of the rooms
b) WiFi is there, but the password is not provided

Ambience - not worthy
Bathroom - no hanger at all
Water facility- poor
Service - simply waste, no water facilities, no proper aeration in the room
Safety- not safe for women and family members
Hotel owner - money minded

Loved the Feel of a College Hostel Vibe. Every Room is a Double Bed with space to add an extra Cot. Attached bathroom is Large and very friendly to short people. Non AC rooms are genuinely comfortable and the Parking space is large enough to accommodate multiple tour Parties. Highly Recommend for Industrial Visits, College Tours, Wedding Parties, Corporate Trips and School Outings.

Ya Ali Hotel was wonderful! Came to Vadakkumbhagam for husband's birthday and to see the tourist places nearby. Centrally located to the shopping areas. Staff was exceptional. Rooms clean and comfortable. Would stay again

We returned to the Ya Ali and had the usual great visit. The staff met us at the cab and assisted throughout check in and to the room. The room was well appointed and comfortable. A stop after dinner to the lounge was fun. The bartenders were friendly and helpful. We will return!

By hands down, the best service I’ve ever received.team at the hotel were so accommodating and attentive to my multiple requests, I was extremely impressed, grateful and thankful. My daughter had a great time celebrating her b-day with her friends at the hotel and the movie!

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to make me comfortable. The building is conveniently located to downtown kerala and has a panoramic view of city. The rooms and banquet rooms look sophisticated and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits kerala.

The Ya Ali has a reputation as a luxury hotel and it did to disappoint. We were celebrating an anniversary, so went off to the Ya Ali for a treat. Right from the start, parking was smooth and a treat.

Great position and beautifully furnished with designer pieces everywhere. We loved this hotel not least for the click of a switch floor to ceiling privacy glass in the bathroom. Great staff and food too.

If you are travelling to Kerala I would tell you to make it a point to stay at The Ya Ali. This hotel is top notch from the moment you walk in. The service was awesome and the rooms were luxurious.even had my own express machine!

We were here for 5 nights and only have great things to say about this place. The location is spot on and walking distance from most of the touristy stuff. Also in close proximity to bone of the best places to have breakfast. The rooms are just brilliant. Massive in size and very tastefully done. Bathrooms are huge themselves and well appointed. The front desk was approachable and the general service great.

This review is from a trip a few months ago…back in October 2019. I should have been timelier because this was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in a small suite kinda room and it was luxurious and amazing!

Can't say enough about how great my stay at Ya Ali was. The front desk are so warm and friendly. They made the check in process a breeze. I stayed in a junior suite and the room is exactly as you see in the pictures. Spacious and excellent decor. Clean and set up well. The bathroom was a nice size and left plenty of room for two ladies to get ready! We went to the restaurant and also had excellent service. The area of the hotel is super safe with plenty to keep you busy, I can't wait to come back and stay with the Ya Ali again!

As with all our previous stays at the Ya Ali, we had another wonderful stay. We had a well appointed (as always) room on the club level facing the quieter side. The hotel lounge is down to a beautiful buzz of personnel in the Club.

Wow. Wow. Wow. What an amazing hotel, with great modern designs. A fantastic place with access to devices such good places. The room was so spacious and bright with free tea and coffee making facilities. The service from all the staff was second to none.

My mom has wanted to stay at the Ya Ali for years so my siblings and I met my father and mother here for one night to celebrate her bday. When she checked in, they wished her a happy 75th and upgraded my parents to the Presidential Suite!

Stayed here on a Friday night. Check in was fast and easy. Room was ready early. The room was very nice. The room is not large but very comfortable. Everything is updated and very nice. The bar/restaurant is great. Was pretty busy and workers are really nice. Sat at bar for happy hour. Came back late night and then had breakfast at the bar. Food was really good and service was great. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and can walk to restaurants and shopping.
