OYO 23318 West Gate Inn & Suites

Worst hotel ever seen! No good food! I had booked one room here via OYO recently. But d hotel manager told they don't have any dealings vid OYO. I lost my paid money and dntn't get any room there. Moreover it's very old hotel and the pictures in website are not genuine. Nobody Pls DNT book in this hotel via OYO.

If you are not happy with OYO, get your hotel unlisted from OYO. Aale pattich jeevikathe valla paniyum eduth jeevik thalle.

I think everyone who writes a good review here has paid for it.because they are asking for a double amount to RTPCR. None of the said facilities are there.

There is barely a bathroom and only a ceiling fan.

Needless to say, I have never in my life seen such a bad woman as the woman at the reception there.

Not accepting the rates provided by OYO. No Bill's. Bad experience. No towels no soap. Frequently current cuts and bad service.

ഞാൻ 19/08/2021 night താമസിക്കാൻ oyo വഴി room and brack fast book ചെയ്താരുന്നു. (room number 202)

അവിടെ ചെന്നപ്പോൾ തന്നെ അവിടുത്തെ staff ഏറ്റവും മോശമായി പെരുമാറാൻ തുടങ്ങി oyo വഴി room book ചെയ്തത് അവർക്ക് നഷ്ടം ആണെന്നും മറ്റും പറഞ്ഞു കുറച്ച് നേരം എന്നോട് കയർത് സംസാരിച്ചു. പോരാത്തതിന് രാവിലത്തെ brack fast അവരുടെ oyo ആപ്പിൾ കാണിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നു പറയുന്നുണ്ടാരുന്നു. (₹125 രൂപ oyo വഴി കൊടുത്തതാണ് brack fast തന്നതുമില്ല, പിന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾ പുറത്ത് പോയി കഴിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു)
എന്റെ wife കൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതിനാൽ എനിക്കു വേറെ റൂം എടുക്കാൻ സ്ഥലപ്പരിചയം എല്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് ഞങ്ങൾ ശെരിക്കു പെട്ടു?
അവസാനം വേറെ വഴി എല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ അവിടെ താമസിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
ഗതികേട് എന്ന് പറയട്ടെ ഏറ്റവും വൃത്തികെട്ട room. ചിലന്തി വല അടിച്ച് ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല, ആരൊക്കെയോ കിടന്നിട്ട് ചാളുവ ഉള്ള തലയിണ, റൂമിൽ വൃത്തികെട്ട മണം, മുൻപ് ആരാ താമസിച്ചപ്പോൾ കഴിച്ച ഓറഞ്ചന്റെ തൊലി, എന്തിന് കൂടുതൽ പറയുന്നു ടോയ്‌ലെറ്റിൽ ഫ്ലഷ് പോലു വർക്ക്‌ ആകുന്നില്ല. TV ഉണ്ട് പക്ഷെ chanal കാണുവാനുള്ള modam എല്ലാം ഊരി reception counter I'll നല്ല വൃത്തി ആയി അടുക്കി വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. (എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നു അവിടുത്തെ സ്റ്റാഫിനും മുതലാളിക്കും മാത്രം കാണാൻ ആയിരിക്കും)

*ഞാൻ ഇതെല്ലാം ഇവിടെ പറയാൻ കാരണം എനിക്ക് പറ്റിയ ഈ വൃത്തികെട്ട അനുഭവം നിങ്ങൾക്ക് അരിക്കും ഉണ്ടാകാതിരിക്കട്ടെ*

Nb: - 1) ഈ ഹോട്ടലിന്റെ മുതലാളി അറിയാൻ ധെയവ് ചെയ്ത് ഇതുപോലുള്ള വൃത്തികെട്ട സ്റ്റാഫിനെ വെക്കരുത് (എനിക്ക് അയാളുമായി യാതൊരു മുൻ പരിചയവും ഇല്ലാ),
2) നിങ്ങളുടെ സിസ്റ്റം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തി എടുക്കണം.
3) ഞങ്ങളെ പോലെ ഫാമിലി ആയി വരുന്ന ആളുകളെ പറ്റിക്കരുത്.
4) oyo വഴി ബുക്കിങ് എടുക്കുന്നത് നഷ്ടം ആണെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾ അത് കസ്റ്റമറെ നേരത്തെ അറിയിക്കണം. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ oyo ബുക്കിങ് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുക.
5) ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ restaurant I'll നിന്നും ചിക്കൻ ആൽഫമം വാങ്ങിച്ചു.
ചിക്കന്റെ blod കാരണം മുഴുവനും കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. Blod ഒഴുകി വരുന്നുണ്ടാരുന്നു?
ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും പറയുന്നു ദയവ് ചെയ്ത് ജനങ്ങളെ പറ്റിച്ച് കാശ് ഉണ്ടാക്കരുത് നിങ്ങളുടെ കുടുംബത്തിന് അത് ഉപയോഗപ്പെടില്ല?

ഇത്രയും ഞാൻ പറയണം എന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായ ഏറ്റവും മോശമായ ഓരു അവസ്ഥ ആരുന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹോട്ടലിൽ റൂം ബുക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തത്?

1. I have booked an AC room where AC was not available but it isnt required in such a cool place. Unfortunately, it will be suffocating to stay in a room without proper air passage.

2. Chair was not privided and it made us difficult to sit and have food.

3. Room was neat and clean.

4. Food was delicious and tastier

5. Carry basic things like Drinking water, Bathing Soap, Hair shampoo etc.as it was not given to us as complement.

I have booked suite room for an offer price of 530 ₹
they denied me room stating that they can't give away rooms for such a lower price
