OYO 23587 M-star Heritage Hotel P Ltd

Me and my wife stayed in a Double Saver (X) room, on the 2nd floor. Our experience was quite pleasant as the room had all the required amenities like AC and WiFi to make our stay comfortable.

However, there's one thing which really irked me was the response from Reception, when I dialled the extension from my room. They were mostly unavailable to answer the phone and I had to personally come down to request for anything.

Apart from this I had absolutely no complaints and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Vytilla.

2nd time I'm visiting this hotel. Service is average ; staff Behavior is also averge ; food is averge bt mrng B fast is good. Room is clean and good big room. Money is valuable for this room

Good service by hotel staff, 2nd time booking through OYO at affordable price, neat & clean rooms

It was just Okay! Staffs were not having that much well behavior, just okay! They weren't even present at the time of check out. Rooms were good and clean as shown in the pictures. Since it's a bar hotel there is definitely inconvenience of that.

Except the bar is nearby and people scream at night otherwise very good service and very good hotel. I highly recommend:)

What to say- ️, the management is a mess. Rooms - bad hygiene, I simply checked out before evening and moved to another hotel just to make sure I won't be sick next day morning - so bad, never had such situations in my life

Not a good place for family. There is a bar within the premises and we could see drunkards walking around as we entered the hotel. Unlike the bright light shown in their photo.it was dimly lit that we could hardly see. And the hall had a bar smell. Not a good first impression at all. There was only one staff available and we had to wait till he got another guest into their rooms. The only good point is room was spacious and neat. Water however is not complimentary. Next day morning breakfast was pathetic. You come down at 8.30 and find out that it is not ready. Also the counter staff don't communicate proactively. There was only dosa and uppamavu and nothing else. Definitely do not recommend this hotel for family holiday trips.
