Worst service ever.the room was full of cigarette smoke.imagine our situation when we checked in with my family of a 3 year old boy.dont recommend at all

Plastic ban and water atm are amazing concepts, keep it up. Even hotels store compulsary filtered water for guests which is great. One thing which is very bad is water from houses coming on road, please visit the top near Chettinad House and walk down, the water smells. Same thing observed while walking through many streets, street near Tamilnadu hotel, yuck, this needs correction, sorry ooty is beautiful but this is a huge put off for tourists.

The Rooms are excellent, well maintained, and very hygienic, and luxurious for the price you pay, all thanks to Alvin in the reception who was very kind and helped us with everything, pls contact him for any assistance he’s the best

Don't go any one fruad k v suits with Oyo rooms.

I never seen like Oyo room kind of customer care agencies

Don't pay online, first see the rooms and proceed

After collecting the full payment they giving foolish reasons to avoid the customers

Poor Oyo customer care service

Poor hotels staff service

Don't book this hotel

No car parking

No rooms service

Both rooms are very bad small

Ac not working

Toilet are not clean

We are 12 person including 4 kids, I am from Ooty
I booked through Oyo app 4 rooms I paid vai Paytm RS. 3462. + RS. 600 cash and breakfast RS. 540 cash.

They given only three (3 rooms) rooms after long discussion. I was try to called Oyo rooms customer care, after long time one guy picked the phone the stupid customer care manager disconnected the phone when I am try to explain the complaint the problem.

. But that app showing we taken 4 rooms.

I can't do anything bcz I have 4 kids. In the last mint they asking 12 per I'd proof. We have 5 person I'd proofs. I been all over south India, we know very well, need a only one I'd proof for a family member is enough.

How it's possible? We have to submit all 12 person I'd proofs for the oy rule. If required Oyo should tell us vai terms conditions. We are not out of India guys right!

. Already I paid the amount, also they are not ready to refund the amount. They not allowed to check in the room at the time was 10 pm. I am waited more then 1.30 hrs to check inn the hotel Finally they given only three rooms.
But they asked for a signature with out fill GRC.

The service was bad. Water was not available for a whole day due to some problme in their tank. Very small washrooms and a complete lack of cleanliness.
Though the service of the receptionist was appreciatable.

This place is the worst hotel I’ve even been to. No water for soo many hours, no food, no electricity, NO COOPERATION from the hotel employees NOTHING. So horrible, not even worth a penny. Rooms are not maintained. Bathrooms are broken. No hot water. Such tiny bathrooms. Very very poor service.

This is a very good hotel, the staff is too friendly and they receive (d) the guests (us) as their family members and helped us a lot in our program of schedule. Even though we had language problem they managed to comunicate with us in a understanding way.

Ugly experience, poor hospitality, staffs are very unprofessional. Didn't have water in washroom one full night and day. Unrecommendable!
