OYO 61184 Hotel Moidu's

Worst experience ever, my suggestion is batter not to go there or try to book any Oyo rooms online it's all fake.

Billing section is so crowded in the hypermarket section.waited for long to bill the product which we bought.

Terrible room. Super dirty walls and sheets.
The bathroom was so dirty that I didn't want to step inside.

They were not able to provide us with rooms that we booked on makemytrip. On top of that, the receptionist kept screaming at us to leave paving way for a word fight between us. This was the worst customer relationship I have ever come across. I would have given a 0 star rating if it was possible. Please stay away from such frauds. They destroyed the whole mood of our trip.

I cant put zero rating that is the reason i am putting 1 star. Worst experiance, the receptionist is rude and abusive. Dont book through online apps and they dont have basic knowledge regarding it. Totally disappointed.

They cheated me I paid for the room. But when I reached there they said the rooms are fully occupied.

Great service and reasonably cheap for the location. But rooms are not in the best shape. The boys were very helpful and attentive.

After booking oyo the hotel manager rejected to accept our accommodation as per the rate prescribed by oyo. I had to pay double the amount. I had no choice since I reached the hotel midnight. The rooms were dirty. Bedsheets were not washed. Stinking smell from washroom. Pathetic service by the staff. Will never again book a hotel from oyo. Request families to stay away from this hotel. The hotel manager even asked me to cancel the online booking.

Very bad! Even their behaviour also they have given a nice picture of rooms and wifi, tv etc we didnt even see all that and in the oyo app they said these all is for 700 and i paid that amount after going there they told that the oyo is faked us give 100 rupees more to stay here

They provide decent rooms with all basic facilities but charge for that on the basis of day. Even if you need a room for one day, they charge for two days as you checkout the next day morning.

Worst service room was very bad I have booked for an ac room through oyo with wifi and other options but they denied at the hotel and asked for extra charges for ac service also very bad

Whole night they switch off the AC and tv.very very bad hotel.rooms also not properly cleaned. In hotel full of cigarettes smell and there is no safety.dont go waste hotel.thre is no parking facility also.parking is in palarivattom metro.but thre is no safety our car get scrache. So don't go.

I had to stay here for 7 days. Rooms provided was not cleaned properly. There were insects all around the room and Rooms were overpriced.
