OYO 8220 Hotel Ganesh

Very bad experience, After I booked, I reached there by nine o'clock. When you go there at 9 pm, you are told in the room that it is a bad program, AC and TV do not work

Very Pathetic room and service. There is no watter bottle and bathing amenities in room. AC is not working properly and room tiles are broken. Telephone also broken. If I had to chance to give Zero star, I'll choose that option.

Honestly I only saw the rooms in pictures because I booked it via Oyo and reached there unfortunately there was a power cut so couldn't stay.
However it was a great experience as the staff honestly mentioned that there is no power and no possibility of power to resume soon.
And suggested us to talk to OYO to cancel the booking and transfer it to some other place which the OYO call centre happily did, thankful to OYO.

This location is not clear because very less hoarding on the hotel.

One off the best hottel tvm but small small problem.s but wokkey receptionist is very poor boy rooms service okkey

You book online it will show some price you will pay and when you go there.they will ask for extra money.people at the reception think they are God.rooms were clean but the furniture.walls every other thing was dirty and behaviour was worst.when you ask why you are charging.they will say talk to customer care.

Worst experience ever had. Receptionist did not allow us to get into the room we've booker through oyo. Crudely behavior from his side. And the advance money I paid was not refunded. It's not a safe place to stay with family.

Behaviour of person sitting at the reception is pathetic he don't know how to talk with customer he uses slang language.at the time of booking it is shown that breakfast is included but they denied to provide the same.also they don't provide drinking water.bathroom is very dirty.phone is broken.very bad experience

Hotel is good, but it is always suggested to speak with hotel management before going to the hotel as our booking was with the hotel and he walked in and came to know the booking was not confirmed, but the hotel manager gave us the option to pay the difference amount and avail the reservation. The hotel is very near to TVC central and Sri Padmanabh Swamy temple. They don't provide food and water also on pay basis.

Rooms are full of cockroches and sheets look too dirty. If you are looking for one night stay for that price, not a bad choice. But not good for long stays. Amount is as told in oyo app and they didnt demand extracharge

Terrible experience with the receptionist. No one was there to co-operate or to guide or to give service. Room was not the same which shown in the photos. Bathroom was very Dirty. Very Bad experience.

Behavior of the staff was good. Bathroom door and window were defective, they were not closing properly, room cleanliness was not so good, AC was not working, TV was somewhat working, bed sheets provided were not in a good condition, it was stained and old,
In spite of all these pinpricks, stay was pleasant as the location was calm and quiet.

I stayed here earlier also but now the hotel is totally a waste of money. No maintanence, room service and they say due to covid. Better never select this hotel. Even zero rating is more for this hotel.

The hotel receptionist was very rude and didn't provide even basic amenities. The room was one of the worst I had ever stayed in with full of dirt and dust everywhere. Felt like falling ill in the room. I was unlucky that I checked into that hotel late in the evening and the rooms in hotels were almost full that day. I checked out after staying for a night and checked in a better hotel the next day. They need to have considerable improvements in their attitude and cleanliness before I feel like recommending them for any human or animal.

A person travelling from other state and your staffs creates such image about you.

Wrost experience I asked for early check in but they have charged additional 500 rupees and no lift. Request all of you to be careful while booking this type of hotels. Hotel staff is very roude doesn't know how to talk with customer. OYO promised me for early check in but hotel guy not accepted. He said if want to say pay additional otherwise no room at morning 5AM. I was with my mother so paid amount. I never seen people like this in my life.

Worst experience from HOTEL GANESH TRIVANDRUM.very poor customer service and neatness. Untidy bathrooms, TV was not functioning, unclean waterThe way they behave to customers is like hell, no manners, no respect.if this is the case, it will shut down soon.

0 Rating Option is not there. I booked in online with an offer and went around 10: 30 am to check in the reception person asked me RS 400 Extra i asked but y he told for early check in. And i told i will wait and check in at 11 am he told no online is at 1 pm and also the amount i paid in online is less so u need to pay 400 i told its my personal offer from that particular app. Finally i cancelled the booking and came out. Worst hotel don't go and waste ur money reception person is fully corrupt and money minded. Idiots.

The hotel receptionist are very bad behaviour, I'm book the hotel through online and payment was fulfill, but the hotel receptionist ask more money, iam paid extra money then given the key

The receptionist asked for 600 extra after booking on OYO. Good room's and ideal location.

Really pathetic stay. No sanitisation. Please do not choose ganesh hotel. Bad experience with Reception peoples.

Yeah, its so easy and comfortable the service that the OYO provided to me. Im so thankful. Im satisfied with the communications and dealings.

Pathetic Hotel.rooms were good but not well maintained.wall paint were peeling here and there. Even the TV was not working

It is just ok. AC not working, room wa not clean properly. Overcharged while offline booking, so prefer online booking.

Staff behaviour is very worst. On 22 November 2021 @ 11.30 there was a fellow in counter. I don't know about other staff in there. But owners should responsible to ensure that person who doing duty should keep manners. It was very worst experience.

Even though the OYO app showed a particular price, the hotel owner asked for additional payment for no reason and he persistently pressed me for extra money. Rooms are not clean and it seems like a hotel where shady activities keep happening regularly. The only advantage is the location.

If you are travelling with your wife, girlfriend or sister please dont book this hotel. The staff is very rude… not in a good state of mind, abused my girlfriend the words he used against my girlfriend was really bad this was the first time I feel helpless… so kindly couples and family dont book this hotel

Very bad experience, facilities provided in oyo is not provided by the property. They charged for breakfast in oyo but not provided with the same. Not just blaming the hotel but the app which unnecessarily provides the options which is not available and charging for the same without giving an option or employees who raise for reimbursement only if, incident raised from client side.
