* Near beach and also near to the city, so easy to catch bus and transportation from nearby.
* Staff is polite.
* Rooms are okay, clean and affordable.
* Parking area available.
* Wifi available

Cons-
* Spotted bugs and lizard in the room.
* Roos are small.
* Difficult to avail a room here during holiday season.

Never book this room in oyo, even if you're booking room in this stay, never pay using upi Or any other online payment option, coz I paid online for a room in this stay AC room, once I reached the location, they refused to give me the AC room since I paid 435rs in oyo using my offer code, they've asked me to pay extra 600 for a room, at last I paid 200rs extra and got a non AC single occupancy room, they got some payment issue with oyo management, even I tried to contact oyo customer care service but that's not even working, the number disconnected frequently everytime I tried to reach them, they are using oyo only for the sake of getting customer to their location, and ask extra payment even though if you paid through app, not only this hotel, everytime when you try to book use any online booking app just try to pay directly once you reach the location, you'll get to know their exact charges once you reach their, I've raised a review and complaint in oyo app also, but no response.
