Nice location amidst the forest and tea estates. However, you have to tread an adventurous path to reach there.
Staff are polite and courteous.
Rooms are spacious, including bathrooms. General upkeep is poor. Many things are broken or dysfunctional. Restaurant hygiene is also susceptible.
In general, I will not opt this again.

Worst hotel that we have ever seen. Worst location and worst Service.worst washrooms no net. Worst Location.we left d hotel within 2hrs of our check in.

Horrible hotel. Unprofessional food servers. They are in hygiene. Very isolated place.

Worst hotel
We have been in this hotel for 2 days and we have a very bad experience the location is far from Munnar fans not working water issue food was not tasty and some worst experience on the third floor of the oak field hotel so in my suggestion please don’t stay in this hotel
