Don't belive this place they charging extra amount and worst behaviour, kindly my request not to book this place, with bags we suffered a lot and a lotttttt

The whole experience was very bad. The Hotel is a complete scam. They charged me an extra 120/- even after I paid the full amount online icluding GST. Even after booking the room before two weeks, I need to wait at the hotel reception to check into my room- for 15 minutes- after completing all my check-in formalities. The receptionist said that they needed to replace the plastic cover inside the basket. I was already late with respect to the check-in time. Soap was not found in the bathroom. When I enquired, they claimed that they already provided it. I said no. You're wrong. Still, they didn't provide it and said I may collect it tomorrow morning. The wifi was not working. When I complained the receptionist said they could not do anything about it. And the worst part is coming - They didn't provide me the bill. I needed that for reimbursement from my company. The receptionist collected an extra 120 Rs.and said that that was GST. I said I had completely paid via MakeMyTrip including said. But he insisted I pay an extra 120 rupees if I wanted the bill to be reimbursed. I paid for that too. But he didn't provide me the bill. The promise was he would send the bill to my WhatsApp. But even after repeated requests he slipped off. Worst, worst experience from a hotel.

Terrible. After reaching there, he charged me 1/3rd amount extra. He knew I didn’t have a choice as it was midnight.

Fraud don't book through online you will end up loosing money. Staff behaves like local goons

This motel is a cheap knock. When they arrived at the hotel, they requested additional payment and declined to respect the initial booking, despite having advertised a specific price on Goibibo.
My friend had nowhere to go when he was abandoned in the middle of the night.
When he spoke with the concerned individual, they informed him that the hotel was never listed on Goibibo and was only listed on OYO. The reservation was non-refundable, so in addition to not being able to get the hotel, he also lost his money.

I done my reservation with booking. Com price was given in application is less after booking Oyo representative call me and informing that price is higher than the booking…after I check-in bad smell inside the room also I feel that they are reusing same bed sheet and pillow covers they are not washing it…l find hairs from the bed…sleeping there was very uncomfortable for me that time…it was a bad experience

I'm leaving negative reviews from all the gmail accounts that I have just because of the intensity of the issue that I had. TO anyone who is reading this review, just don't book a room for this hotel online. You will regret that forever. My friend went to this hotel after booking through goibibo and she had was stranded in the middle of night at a place which she was not even familiar about.

This hotel is a complete scam. They advertised a certain price on Goibibo, but when I arrived at the hotel, they demanded extra money and refused to honor the original booking. I was left stranded in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.
When I talked with the concerned person, what he told me was that they never listed the hotel on goibibo and they listed only on OYO. The booking was a non refundable one and not only I was not allowed to get the room, I lost my money as well.

Booked through oyo for 600 but they demanded rs 1000 then need to pay 400 more.this is not good

OYO Chaitanya complex refused to honour booking done via OYO. They are slyly using OYO Name and shamelessly doing business. The least they can do is remove the OYO branded stuff from their hotel and de-list their property from the travel websites with OYO brand name.

Room is quite neat and hygiene. Bathroom also neat and clean. Don't sit on the seat provided on the reception because when I sit on the seat, it just fall down.

Booked through oyo app.when i reached here at night for checkin, staff asked for extra money. Contacted manager, he was so arrogant, disrespective and asked us to cancel booking.

Those who are going to book a room in this hotel, PLEASE READ FURTHER!

Recently had a horrible experience regarding a stay. I had booked a room in this hotel (booking was done a month before). We (my brother and I) reached here at the time of check-in. We showed the booking ID to the receptionist and told him that we booked it online. Without even looking and verifying the details he told us to pay an extra amount to allow the stay in the room for which we had already paid. He told us that it was the manager's instruction to collect the extra money from the customers (which is not legal). Immediately, we contacted the manager on phone and explained the situation. Even the manager was insisting us to pay the extra to get our room. He was extremely rude to us as it seemed he was not liable to what just happened (merely putting blame on us and the OYO app). And, we didn't get our room. We had to return.

How can somebody be this much irresponsible? They are certainly confident that the customers wouldn't be in a mood to argue with them and eventually will have to pay the extra.

So, I KINDLY REQUEST THE AUTHORITY THAT MAKE SURE NOT TO ENCOURAGE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR FROM YOUR SIDE AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS HOTEL.

NB: The algorithm made me to rate it 1/5. Otherwise, I wouldn't have given a rating. Rating is not for them. And remember, only those who are able to check-in can write a review on OYO app.

Before going there, please read my review and consider another hotel.
It is the worst hotel I have ever went to. Toilet was not working properly. Bedsheet was not cleaned properly. AC was not working and AC remote was not in the room.
There is only one staff who doesn't speak English or Malayalam.
I've booked this hotel from oyo and paid full amount through oyo but when I got there, staff FORCED ME TO PAY 610₹ MORE.
It was really the worst experience ever I faced through oyo app.
I'm attaching my booking screenshot with this review to let you all know that I am not lying.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY BOOKING THIS HOTEL.

The staff was super helpful. But there were numerous things that could have been better. Hope the hotel could work on these things. Bedsheets and bath towels could be washed in Clorine to become whiter. They look "dirty" even though they were washed. The bathroom floor towels were brownish in color. The bathroom mirror was missing. No toilet paper. AC not working properly and had to get the staff to come and get things adjusted. The parking entry was so steep that it was a scary experience entering and exiting. So many negatives here. Also, the staff does not speak Malayalam - sad for a Kerala hotel. They also could not communicate in English. When people come to Kerala and work, they need to learn Malayalam. They also had the halway lights off untill I called and asked them to turn it on.

First for a price like this much its not at all worthy, you can have some high end hotels in kochi.
And then the location wise its almost 15km from main highway, nothing will be available after a fixed time in night.
Rooms were good but only in the photo which they provided here, its untidy and i even see blood stains in the blankets & they dinn even bother about that, I think.
And the funny element in how they got this much rating, the moment we left they keep on calling saying pls put 5star in the rating section sothat the staff will get extra beneficiaries and all. And with all due respect if we put only 1star they you are screawed second section phone call, why sir what happened tell us we will make it fine. Oh god?
