OYO Flagship 17345 MG Road Hotel Trivandrum

Oyo royally fooling people yet again. They call this flagship, but it is worse than a cheap lodge.

Everything was a bad experience for us:
1. Check-in formalities and room cleaning took more than 15 minutes
2. The floor in the room was dirty
3. Bed seemed clean initially. In the night, we had to wake up thinking that there are mosquitoes to realise there are tons of bed bugs
4. No fan regulator, no hot water, no shower knob, no phone to call the reception or restaurant

Worst experience ever. Booked One single room and double room. But we got small rooms of same size! Dirty blankets and bathroom.

Such a "FRAUD" place and i would say never even consider it as your last option. Poor maintenance and you will come to know about it only when you reach the facility, because they accept bookings even of they are not ready.

From the bed linens to the bath towels were all in a bad condition. The ac was not properly working. The bathroom door wont shut completely. The closet and faucets are all badly maintained. No room service as the phones were out of order. No hot water. No drinking water. I dont no what made oyo to give this hotel the so called "flagship" title.

Nearby the town. Location is really good. Rooms quality could have been better. Usually priced more than what is worth provided.

TV was not working / complimentary break fast not given / heater was not working / Water bottle was not clean and bottle was full of water weed.

The rooms were affordable as we booked it online. Cleanliness was not upto the mark. The rooms are not well lit, there was only a single lamp which was functioning.

I absolutely hated it here. I have been to several oyo rooms and oyo homes.but this one was just like any other lodge and i was really shocked to c it. The room that v got were just soo dusty. And the extra blankets that they offered wasn't clean. There is no room service here and when v tried to order for tea.it was soo disapointing to know that there was nothing called tea. The lobby was covered in cobwebs.and it did not feel welcoming at all. Please don't fall for the tagline. "International. "

Very bad experience with this hotel, the reception guy misbehaved several time, he was shivering in the time of check in at 8 pm. He was totally a frustrated man. We are not the person can admit his frustrations. Very bitter experience, The management should take care of fixing staffs.

A big no for this hotel it's a worst thing to stay, you won't get AC or water or even proper rooms with for lock here

In 2x rooms, 1.no proper light available.
2. Hot waster not available.
3. Morning breakfast
4. Rooms are too small.
5. Don't go with reception look.
6. No window in many room.

Overall very bad experience.

Check in was smooth. The staff were courteous. Stay was ok. They give everything they promised for, in this price line. Location - ok. Food was ok. Rooms are a bit small.

It was a wonderful experience there. The room was perfect. They arranged it very well. They have provided breakfast also.it was vegetarian and served well.the best part is they are located in the center of town.easy to reach every place.

Near to city that's only the advantage.back side of secretariat.no hotwater.rooms and beds feel like as lodge.powercut.not worth for oyo rooms less parking space car only road side
