OYO Home 62260 Edapally Homes

This used to be a different listing. Apparently due to so many negative reviews they had to take it down. We stayed here during May 2019 and it was horrible. Here is my review of it that they deleted.

This guy is the father of all scams. He puts up a low price on booking.com and then overcharges you saying that the website suddenly increased prices and asked him to collect. He doesn't provide any bill and neither does he accept any credit / debit cards. So he becomes safe. However, the tourists are scammed and ultimately he gains. Booking.com has received many complaints in this regard but are unable to do anything because there is no proof of him accepting money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The only reason this stay is getting 3 ratings is because of its care taker arun jyoti, this guy was just amazing so helpful and friendly but definitely underpaid from Oyo
And its neglectful services.
We had issues regarding ac power backup and all they said was "sorry for inconvenience, we will definitely get back to u " which they did after checked out.
Basically for short term stay its decent but not for long term and please don't rely on Oyo customer care (hopeless).
