Very poor service. Poorly ventilated and very badly maintained rooms. The bathroom door did not have handle and there was a 10cm diameter hole on it. One could easily see who is inside the bathroom. Towels and bedsheet were not clean. Basic amneties were not provided. No TV, no mirror and switch boards were out if order and compltelty in a unsafe conditions.
Complete waste of money
The max worth of the room would be Rs. 500 and they took thrice the amount.

No 1 cheating, dirty rooms, poor service, rooms are not clean, ac not working, This idiots only turn on the indoor unit, odu is not working soo cooling is not happening. This Gus don't have any responsibility. They will not accept any call.of u register any compliment.wast of money.wast of time.no respect.

Rooms are not up to the mark, costly and not friendly.

Average place. Very spacious apartments with a lot of scope for improvement if maintenance is done properly!

Worst hotel ever gone in my life. Please dont Book this hotel, most irresponsible staffs, drunk staffs, no manager receives the call to tell our problems, finally I have to call the police for all the illegal things they did.
There is a person by name Ayyappa, who was so called night incharge of the hotel, who was completely drunk not able to listen or see anything. When I called police n complained he escaped from the place. Manage of the hotel was sangeeta whose number was always unanswered, totally it was a mess n I have to wait for hours to get room which I finally didn't get n left in search of other hotels.

Nice place to stay inn, but the bathrooms are messy, broken hangar, toilet seats, door locks, etc. Also if you book a room through OYO app the the price might increase when you arrive at the spot, so it is better to get a room directly from the spot.

They show very attractive price in all the online website so we pay online and book, after booking when we reach this place they demand ₹1000 extra.it really becomes time-consuming and waste of money as we pay to reach the destination and we have already paid in full online. Very unprofessional behaviour

A horrible experience. The first Hotel in my life who used communication style of Gundaism or Rowdism to push the guest of property. It was surprised to believe " was that the actual way of a MD speaks to his guest? "; we, guests, must be in a position to hear from Goibibo when we have been informed that we would be approached through a call back or an email in a situation of any following inconvenience happens such as any inadequacy in service, Verbal harassment, or denial or any threatening to the guest. GEYSER NIT WORKING, RAIN WATER LEAKS AND DRAINS, and, Damages your belongings. No one appears at the front desk to convey the message. No intercom. The front office executive is only interested in giving the room to those Unmarried couple, and not ready to hear the complaints available in the room.she shows her hard face as she is overloaded (by the work), but is not our concern that to focus on inadequate man power in the hotel. Need to wait for half an hour to get the drinking water.if in case any medical emergency happens, don't expect the hotel assists you. Above all, very unprofessional and almost a Rowdy that a MD comes to the guest room and threatens. I raise this matter to the Human Rights commission and to other concerned authorities. Situation arrived for me to bring the police inspector, commissioner in this issue. Mr. Ayyappan, a great liar, and chameleon, who addresses himself to the guest that he is Next to the MD level, and, management tortures himself as he has been over loaded, but, infront of his MD, he totally changes the scenario! No round the clock, front office is accessible. Security should take an additional task of Front office executive. Communication issue and he has limitation to decide. The receptionist lady is a perfect liar and misinterprets the information to the management to hold her position.please, don't visit this hotel. Your stay wouldn't be callm and happy. Even you would be thrown out with a group of Rowdies.

Suited only for Unmarried couple and those who zip the mouth though he is not given actual said facility.

Nice hotel to stay.price is 1300 usual timing.better to book rooms directly and not through oyo booking.via oyo booking they will add service charges too. Parking facility is available.heater was not functioning.

Very bad experience when i booked room through Ayo and paid in advace online as per guidance of oyo customer executive but when i reached in hotel they refuse to give me room on that payment they asked for more mony and i had to pay it

Please if you are trying to book a room at the Royal Oak, dont. You won't get the room at the rate you booked online. I booked for 6 days from 3rd July to 9th July for a price of around 3500 total (its actually very cheap price for a room with tv and ac, exactly why i booked when the price was 588 for a single day at that time) and after reaching the location, the lady manager talked to over phone in a very arrogant tone. The receptionist is clueless about this and truth is he dont have any real power to do anything either. So after waiting and arguing for my room for around 2 hrs, i contacted OYO customer care amd someone from the their end helped me and moved my booking to another nearby oyo room. The extra amount to paid at that hotel was paid by them. (Total was 16000 and Oyo paid the remaining 12500 themselves). So this is what I have to say, dont book here and help your from losing your time and sound.

We reserved room through oyo. When we reached their around 11.30pm, they said rooms are not available. Further they said that they are not accepting the reservation through online. Further they asked for additional money. After arguments of about half an hour, and they provided us a room. But the sheets, blankets and pillows were not at all clean.

Only the positive thing noted is the security person was very helpful. Visited the property on 11/06/2022

Better to avoid, especially when you are arriving late night or with family

Discrepancy between oyo and the hotel staff.
I had booked the room with a discount coupon and paid 650. I had called them the previous day and asked if the booking is confirmed. They told it is there. But on arrival, they told there are no rooms at 650/night and asked me to pay 450 to get a room. It was 3am in the morning when i checked in and they told me to call oyo to resolve the issue. The oyo staff told he will cancel the booking.

About the room-
Blankets and linen were dirty.
Bathroom handle was broken and couldn't be locked.
At 1100 rupees per night, it is too costly for that kind of room and service.

I had prebooked the property though OYO and prepaid entire amount. However, when I went there hotel personnel were asking for extra amount. Never ever book this worse place through any apps.

I think Its a couple friendly hotel which aims to get those customers only.
