We booked this hotel through the MakeMyTrip app, but the pictures displayed in the application were significantly different from what we encountered at the hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they did not have the room we had reserved due to all rooms being booked. Instead, they offered us a very small room on the 4th floor, which resembled a security room, and the condition of the entrance and nearby area was disappointing. After contacting MakeMyTrip customer care, we faced a prolonged delay of almost 3 hours without any assistance. It took six calls before the issue was resolved, and we were finally offered another room, which required cleaning. Despite this, we encountered further issues as the air conditioning in the room was not functional. This experience with MakeMyTrip was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
