Worst place ever! Zero rating!

My both sons ended up in hospital from vomiting and severe stomach ache after having pizza and chicken nuggets bought from their Thalassery branch. From our further investigation with the restaurant authorities understood that they had served us expired chicken nuggets……they already knew this earlier due to a similar case of food poisoning reported by another customer.

Requesting everybody to think 1000 times before taking your kids here!

Nice ambience. Small part area available.
Negatives: waiting time & it is very hard to find a seat between 6pm to 8pm

Amazing place. Service is good and the food is exceptional. This place has the best Veg Burger in Kerala. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere deserves an extra point.

Loved the ambience of the cafe and the food too. It was mind blowing. Even the service was great. However, I took away one star due to the fact that it was very crowded when we visited on a weekend evening, and we were asked to wait outside on a bench. But sitting there was just awful with all the annoying mosquito bites, even it was just for 10 minutes. Expecting a better hygeine in the surroundings and better maintaining of crowds the next time.

I've experienced polite behaviour from staff& good service and the same will make you come back again and again.

Decent spot for some quick faloodas, ice-creams and sundaes apart from the newly added quick bite snacks like the wraps and club sandwiches.

Please don't visit this place.very expensive.not worth the money.you won't get a satisfaction of having a falooda.worst experience

Wide variety of snacks and munchies, nice ambience, calm and quiet place, tasty food, affordable rate, polite staff, quick service.

This was my first visit to 'paal ice'. I loved the interior atmosphere very much and also the wall arts done outside. I had a normal falooda. It was very good even it is basic falooda. The cleanliness is absolutely perfect and cool!

Ordered couple of different faloodas. They were pretty good but could not find what the difference between them was. All of them tasted almost the same. Never understood why they need to have so many varietoes on the menu card while serving almost similar things. But this happens in almost all restaurants. Surely a place to visit if you have a sweet tooth

It is a good little cafe managed by some good guys. Neat and clean and cozy. Snacks are tasty too and is not too expensive also. Good keep it up. We visited from UP and liked the place.

I tried the cake from Paal Ice. The best damn cake I have had in Kerala, my opinion. Rich icing that melts in your mouth. They use all the good stuff. Highly recommended.

Nice place but little bit congested. You have to wait long in the weekends as they have narrow space. But good service and reasonable price.
