Good vegetarian food at a moderate price.
Less parking available, parking only for less than 20 cars. Neat and clean tables, good staff. Good "masala dosa.

Delicious food, reasonably priced, served with a hearty attitude. After coming here, it's my habit to have dine from Padma cafe, wherever I'm traveling in South Kerala.

Pretty good looking and eye catchy restuarant. It's a bit pricey for a common man but affordable place for travellers. 130/- for Mushroom Noodles is overpriced for the quantity served.

All women's show! Spread over a couple of floors. Dropped in for a snack. Only two tables were occupied on the ground floor when we walked in. Filled up by the time we finished half hour later. Limited snacks menu but the service was super and the food was really good. Bright future ahead, indeed.

Very good pure vegetarian homely food and nice service. Highway frontage and very much suggested for people travelling in between aluva and ankamaly.

We had dosa recently from this place, it was really bad experience dosa was sour and service ws also bad

High class veg restaurant. We had lunch, wordless experience. Much more above a shadhya. 100₹ per thali. Rice sambar kalan rasam buttermilk avial mezhukkupuratti koottukari pickle Pappas, great meals served by smiling staff. Totally good atmosphere.

Need to improve in food taste. Need more training for staff to handle the tourist people. Bathrooms and wash rooms have to be maintained like mint condition as you are located in the main highway.

The white chutney served along with Masaladosa had gone bad. Upon informing to the concerned, received bad response.

A best family restaurant in between Aluva and Kochi Airport. Very hygienic and good service.

Very hygienic and tasty food. All staffs are very polite. A well maintained restaurant between on Kochi Airport and Aluva.

On the high way just outside the Aluva city. Managed by Ladies staff who very homely and service minded. We had chapati, puri, masal dosa, cutlet and coffee. All stuff were tasty. I strongly recommend for a decent veg eat out restaurant.

The concept is great and Vegetarian restuarants are needed. But this is exactly what most Vegetarian hotels miss.

The standard Idly, Vada, Rice plate, Dosa is fine but suggest including more of nadan vegetarian dishes beyond this. Taste is ok. Parking is fairly decent. Service is ok.

Very nice hotel with delicious food and very good hospitality. The ambience is also very good. The food is very much tastier than other veg restaurants. If you are a foody then you must visit this hotel for varieties.

Sharing my experience on visiting Padma Cafe, Desom, Aluva.
The hospitality of staffs were very poor and we have to wait for more than an hour for getting the ordered food even though there was only a few other customers. The chutney was sour in taste making it unable to eat. They cost ₹40 for 1 set idli (3 nos) and ₹35 for just 2 idlis.

Food is of good quality and tasty.rest all, location, ambience, presentation, service, customer handling.everything except food quality and taste require change.

Very nice location. Ordered Msala dosa, taste was not that good. Price is comparatively high. Lots of improvement needed, don't want to hurt the initiative.

Three observations:
* Food served was heavy in quantity, possibility for wastage.
* Compared to neighbouring other hotels (veg hotels only), taste is comparitively poor.
* Unlike similar other neighbouring hotels
(veg only), the pricing is too high. A second thinking on price factor would be good.

Had only coffee and snack. I think for serving they should have some warming arrangement with all the infrastructure around.
Parking facility moderate.very near highway and bus stand.

Excellent food and service. Plenty of items in the south Indian meals all of which were delicious. Service staff was lovely and comfortable seating. Will definitely recommend.

Very good food, service is good, space ok, but can be managed. Water should be served with refreshments. But overall very good. Should maintain the standard and to up. Very good place on NH.

Nice new hotel for this location. They had a great launch with a newspaper article. I had the chance to eat there recently. They have good parking (although no security to check properly).
Food choices seem good and the price is extremely reasonable. Food tastes ok (better than highway hotels in the area). Having started newly, they're a bit understaffed and aren't able to handle dine in + delivery + take out orders. However, the staff are extremely courteous.
Dining area is a bit crowded, but they have a 1st floor too which I couldn't see.
The future for Padma cafe however, looks quite promising!

Visited considering a women empowered project at 7.30P. M for a take away order. Right Away rejected to accept the lady at counter stating that it is too busy. When I stated I will wait as long as they wish, they were forced to take it. Very poor customer service. None of the staffs look happy. Unless some thing is done, most probably it might shut down. No body wishes to visit a restaurant unless the food is served with a smiling face even though food is tasty. No chance for me to visit it again.

Women empowerment and everything is fine. But foods? I am a masaladosa lover and have many in many in my life tried. Here it is in its worst quality. I got cheated for 3 times. I thought they will make it better. But never. Please change the cook and make it better. Masaladosa but inside no masala usual potato curry. Who wants that.

The location is good, as it is situated adjacent to highway and can take direct right turn to restaurant while coming from Angamaly/Thrissur side.

We had dosa and it was average.

Improvement areas

Lack of cleaning.
The table had a foul smell and cloth used for cleaning needs to be washed frequently. We have told them the smell issue, unfortunately the smell was there after wiping again, cleaning cloth remains same.

We have changed to another table, which has lesser smell.

We have noticed food waste lying down the table and floor cleaning needs to be improved.

Another issue is clogging in washbasins, which was complained by multiple customers.

Need more quantity, had breakfast from here today was very bad experience, serving bad quality masala with masala doshs and dosha items.

Place is located near NH47 and have adequate seating capacity and parking space. Visited to have a tea and snack. Food was average, but service was good. They have a quite large number of staff and behavior is very pleasing.
