As there is an urgent matter on 4th october at 4 pm I called Aster PMF Sasthamcotta. Their reply and behaviour was bad, management take note this. Train employees on good culture.

Good hospital all facilities. Every time available doctors in emergency casualties and lots of another department doctors. Staff behavior is good and our white army nurse‍️ staff are perfect then lots of car and bike parking space also mortuary available. Ambulance service 24 hrs available

Oldest hospital in the area with good doctors and treatment. We, the people of this locality rely on this hospital for our treatment. Affordable treatment and good services. But they should improve in hygiene and op bookings. Everything i go there, some quarrelling happens between op staff and patients. There is some misunderstanding always. Toilets are not neat and waiting area has less number of seats.should improve in these areas.

This hospital doesn't deserve even a single star. From the Reception to the ICU - the most worse experience. From the security to the Doctors behave like Gunda. Will never trust this hospital anymore. Train your staffs to behave properly. You are not giving treatment for free. We pay the money and get zero back.
Here, docs are not able to diagnose what's the actual condition of the patient. We shifted the hospital but was too late.
Docs here are not able to give the right treatment at the right time but they will show us their full on attitude.

Don't ever prefer this hospital even for first aid. Go to sasthamkotta govt hospital if it's a case of emergency. Avoid this place.

Padmavathy Medical Foundation is a 100 bed tertiary super specialty hospital situated at Sasthamcotta, the city of lake in Kollam District, Kerala. Sasthamcotta is a tiny village placed at. Good service provide. Lot of parking space available.

Worst room service. They are not treating admitted patients, but mosquitoes. We are admitted to donate our blood for their pets (Mosquitoes) review from pediatric ward. At 2.11 am.

I have a very bad experience with Dr Greeshma Prasad (Dermatologist) OPD, so many patients are waiting so long, not following token system, Me, my older parents, 3 months old baby waited so long outside and eagerly waited for our turn, unfortunately OPD staff and doctor not followed token system and calling their personal preferred patients first, my father questioned this behavior and doctor arrogantly shouted to my father, during consultation time doctor didn't even clarified my doubts. Not recommended.

I am seeking treatment from this hospital for many years in various departments. Till now we are totally satisfied with the hospitality, caring and treatment from this institution. I am grateful to dr sumitran, cardiology department and other doctors. Prayers of my family is always with cardiology team. The hospital is well known for the treatment facilities and all are treated equally. It is very much crowded on op days and needs a little more space to accommodate the increasing number of patients.

There one coffee shop run by a lady. Her attitude is like she is serving us for free. Simply chit chatting with others and delaying our order. Please do take action if you do care of customers.

Cardiology only one doctor who is focused all scenarios. How come a single person handling all these moreover it was a heart institute. Pathetic services. For a single echo tmt reports almost 6 to 8 hours waiting. No response from any of the staff who assisting him. Crucial staff shortage, Doesn’t recommended for diagnostic services

Irresponsible Staffs, Receptionist behaviour is really bad, they are treating patients with anger. Don't come to this hospital if it serious because the don't even care. Even if you are in a wheelchair They won't allow them to visit the doctor, They gonna say They are following tocken system only.

Very poor service, not enough doctors, we took appointment and got token 8, came in the morning at 10am and paid rs. 350, doctor came at 10.45, at 12noon, we are still waiting and not sure when they will call. People go in and out without calling name or token number and no control by the nurse here. There is no token display or anything in the OP.

I'm a serving soldier and my wife with his father visited the hospital today morning, but they faced some bad experience there.
The attender who seated at the entrance of OP misbehaved to my wife and father.
In a medical auth, if the staffs were like this patients will never get satisfaction and on time good treatment.
