They hav their spl traditional food dishes which is tasty.sp do try.its was very rush during my visit.better book b4 you go.

Ordered kozhi pidi and Malabar chicken curry.

It was pathetic when compared to previous quality and quantity.

Never again will order.

Their mutton kurumulagu curry is simply superb. I come here just to have pathiri in thengapal and this curry.

I think I am in love with palaaram food.very good ambience and good service.waiting time is little toomuch compared to other restaurants.but sometime it's nice to wait for something yummy.

This place is easily accessible. Parking is limited. Restaurant is well maintained. Food is okay. Staff are good.

Decor and atmosphere was good but quality of food needs improvement. The naan served was very hard like rubber. They are good for only traditional kerala dishes like appam with curries was superb. Should not offer North Indian delicacies.

Nice place to have a cup of coffee in Kakkanad area. Good ambience, good service, good quality food items. The service is very quick and clean. Will recommend for family.

We went there for lunch and ordered Ghee rice, Kozhi (chicken) perattu and their special chemmen kizhi choru. Ghee rice and kozhi perattu was awesome n delucicious. Kozhiperattu gravy was too tasty with a slight sweet taste and a lot of cashews. I felt the quantity of chemmen kizhichoru is very less for the amount of 300. Salt was little less, other wise it tasted good. Ordered a sulaimani too and was shocked to see that it was priced Rs 18 for a shot glass. The restaurant was neat and clean, staffs were friendly and the overall ambience is very nice.

Good restaurant. Good food. Didn't know a large dining area is available in basement. Some more smiles from the serving staff can better the service here.

I came to this place to takehome a lunch of 2 friedrice, a biriyani and a chillygobi. I waited for 40 minutes at this restaurant, i started getting restless after half an hour and I kept on asking the person at the counter about my order for the next 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES. And that is AFTER HALF AN HOUR. I dont know why it took soo long. There was nothing special about the food. It was really bad experience. I arrived there around 2: 05. I was hungry so was the people who entrusted me with the food.

Very nice experience. Have been there multiple times and the food was consistently great. Nice ambience, good quality, good taste and cost is reasonable.

Nice ambience. Tasty food.but we have to wait for more than twenty minutes. Even the food tastes good, quantity was low. Service is good.courteous Staff.

Amazing place to try kerala cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed whatever we ordered. Their suleimani is on of the best I have ever tasted.

Visited this place multiple times

Ordered Wheat Porotta and Beef Curry for lunch. Was too hungry to take pictures so i apologize. Crispy poratta with very soft beef pieces and the curry was really tasty. Would really recommend it. Had a cup of hot tea as well which was tasty. Good ambience and plenty space for seating.

Highly recommend, friends have also said some of the other dishes are really commendable as well. Next time will take some pictures.

Food was good, but u can enjoy only if u have lots and lots of time.as waiting period was exactly 1 hr for us.that too with a 6 yr and 1 yr old and senior citizens. By the time food was delivered, my son had started crying and parents were tired

Very bad customer service especially the one who takes calls. Very arrogant behaviour and disconnecting on the face.
NB: I'm not asking for free food!

I ordered few items through online and I received items with a pathetic taste and a portion which cannot even serve for 1 person and informed the person at the reception and he can't even give proper reply, customer service so sad.

Moderately priced ambient place with a variety of cuisines. Courteous staff providing good service. Malabar speciality available. Need to find parking especially in peek hours. Good choice of combos and desserts available. Tasty and good food and beverages

Dear Palaram people. Please have the common sense to appoint a security or someone to manage your parking space. I was asked twice to move my car while I was waiting for my order. Sadly I had to cancel my order and leave the restaurant.

Walked in thinking of the Milk sarbat at palaaram. It has a unique and refreshing taste.the pidi and kozhicurry is also authentic.loved it

I have ordered turkish al faham online a couple of times from there- loved it each and every time.recently went there to dine; somehow the al faham we recieved tasted entirely different from what we tasted earlier.

Bought snacks at around 1630 hours. Good quality and fresh. The snacks are fast moving and so had to settle for fewer numbers.

The food absolutely waste.and service also poor and cheap.they are actually killing the people.i ordered 2 Mutton Chaps, 1 Mutton Olathiyath along with nice pathiri, but in the plate, meat was rubber pieces.don't take risk in the current situation.

Not so famous for veg yet the ambience and the taste was on point. Plus it's a great place to catch up with your friends or family as you can sit and talk as long as you want and they won't bother you. Decent parking space.

The most irresponsible customer service I ever received. We as a team from infopark (almost 20 people) visited The GREAT palaaram restaurant on 4th March 2020. We had a plan (I would say a well executed plan) when we discussed the dishes and their quantity and sent the list to palaaram by 11.50 am. The reply we got from palaaram was - sir please come after 1 pm and we will have all the items ready. We reached palaaram by 1 pm and we received our starters in next 10 minutes. We were happy that everything is going according to the plan. The only reason we were hesitant that we had meetings scheduled with our clients by 2.30 pm. But after starters we were almost waiting with empty tables for more than half an hour. I personally fought with the person in charge and he said that we didn't say that it would be ready by 1pm but we said by 1.30pm. We agreed to that statement and waited. After this, we started receiving items fast and the mixed fried rice we ordered was smelling bad (of a raw and bad meat). But we didn't care as we were eager to get back somehow completing the late lunch and attend our client call. After reaching office, couple of my female collegues asked me if I'm feeling ok with my stomach. I didn't take it seriously. But I had taken a parcel of mixed fried rice. I ate it full at night and tried to sleep calm. But by 2pm the call of palaaram came in. It stopped t next day 4.30 pm. 7 times in toilet! Palaaram. Thank you so much for the amazing experience! Even if you give me free food for one month, I won't bite it. And I went back to office the next day by 11am. I regretfully found that all our collegues who ate that amazing tasty and f*******, sorry I meant to write fantastic but the experience I had made me to write some unparliamentary words. But the palaaram deserves those words. I and my friends who ate from there were CHEATED. We were not given the service we deserved. We were not given the service for the cash we paid. We were penalised to pain, lose of sleep, less productive in office, at last feeling bad about what we did - going to palaaram for FOOD. Public, Please be careful on what you eat in palaaram. Thanks a lot for the SERVICE palaaram! Hope we won't meet again ever in my life!

Good ambience, tasty food. Reasonable price. Desserts are a let down, not very satisfying in terms of taste and price.

The mutton dish they served was rubbery. Like it was uncooked. When we gave the feedback to the owner she was like. How was the other pieces. They serve a dish with 2 piece and expect us to be satisfied if one of the piece is cooked well.

Restaurant will be only open by 7 in the evening and the customers are forced to sit in the cafe area which is upstairs even though there isn't much space or privacy at the cafe. And when we enquired about this, they told that the restaurant below will be open only on alternate days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). I don't know what they think about the above service. Anyway disappointed for the second time.

Need to thank Divya of Air BnB Pepper Kudil (Lakkidi) for introducing me to this place.the selection of patthiri and mutton chukka was delicious and a perfect combination.loved the sulaimani too to round off a fantastic lunch.remember to check this place out if you are on the seaport road headed towards the infotech park in the area.

A bit on the expensive side. It is a great place to chill and have food with your friends or partner or family for that matter. Ambience is a bit dark but would be great with lights on.

If you want to taste some malabari texture food this is the place. Dum biriyani available and if you are good at experiments try kunji pathiri and nannari surbath.

There was this dish named kunjipathiri. Which is an average dish. With 6 pieces of beef to be precise. Small sized pathiri mixed with 6 pieces of beef. Which cost 190₹. Should have ordered a beef roast instead. Which was a wonder for me. To be more clear a disappointment. Think twice before ordering guys. Save yourself people. Bgm Run run
