Hotel is located in the small island across the river and it's very quiet place.

Staffs were so kind to allow me to charge my mobiles and stay inside the hotel even before check-in time.

Only one thing it might be a concern is there is only one outlet in a room

Beautiful stay. Loved the place and the staff were so friendly, helpful. They arranged good boat ride at reasonable rate. Breakfast was homely and good. You have to park on the other side and cross to the stay on their boat. It was a good experience. They have ac option with a nominal extra charge. Overall very affordable and great location for a get away.

Amazing experience and service from Sukumar in pickup and drop in a canoe. Great value for money and view.

We stayed here with office colleague on 17th Feb it’s awesome pleasant experience staying in this lake resort. It’s lovely resort and very good managers. They treated very well. Breakfast is good. Manager helped us for dinner with very good hotel since they don’t have restaurant in this resort inside. We recommended this hotel strongly.

Palmy Lake Resort is a beautiful place to live in Alappuzha. The resort is placed in the edge of backwater providing a breath taking experience. And the hospitality provided by Mr. Jagan and team was very comfortable, especially in the boat ride. Stay was very pleasant, tidy rooms amazing breakfast, faboulous backwater view to relish your mind.

Much recommend resort for a stay.

The people who work here are very sweet and nice, and the place itself is beautiful looking on the outside. However the room was very poor. Very old, worn out and thin sheet on the bed, no cover on the blanket (which was not clean), bad lighting, dirty sink and not very clean bathroom.
Also, if was extremely hot and it was 500 rupees extra for turning on A/C, which I think is too much (the A/C is there in the room, but it is disconnected). There is a fan but it doesn’t do much as the ventilation is very poor in the room. I almost fainted at night it was so hot (with window open and fan on).
There is no proper view from the rooms, as the windows are very small and have bars on them. You only get a view if you sit outside.

Excellent place. Do visit this place with your loved ones. Budget friendly. People here are so good especially jagadish

Clean place. Good location right by the lake. You will hv to reach via a boat to cross the canal but it’s very convenient. There r only 4 rooms. Breakfast is available n good. They help you to get dinner from nearby restaurant as it is not provided by them.

Amazing place right on the lake. It is isolated from the main land so the only way to go is via boat.
Plus there are only four rooms with ample sitting places so highly recommended for families and groups.
The place serves only simple breakfast and there is no restaurant inside the resort. So please pack lunch or dinner from outside. You can also order from nearby restaurant and the owner will help you with that.

Stay was comfortable and good.
Resort is located infornt of the lake, you can see lot of boat house nearby. Rooms was neat and clean. Vehicle park is opposite side of lake and you will be take to resort in small boat.

Excellent stay. Serene and peaceful. Backwaters right at your doorstep. And you will get a unique experience of traveling in a boat to reach your stay. They also have good speed internet connection.

Peace, calm and good view you must cross the river to reach the resort (pick up is available). Well maintained, good hospitality too. Nights you can watch boat lightings you also get shikari ride, kayaking and speed boat rides. You can really have good time.

Overall nice place, clean and spacious rooms in heritage style. Service was also good, they had a boat even for transportation to the other side of the resort. But the air conditioner charge they mentioned only after checking in, they could have added to the room price itself is what I felt.

Lovely family run place, helped us with our house boat enquiries. Tranquil setting and yummy breakfast
