Nice ambience with good customer service. Lots of unique and special palooda ice creams in the menu. Pani puri is a must try here.

I will never eat panipoori again. Good looking but no taste. And costly food also. No bathroom facility

Good cakes and pastries. But worst service in koyilandy.especially home delivery. I ordered 3 times for birthday function. They will deliver item almost 3 hour late.irresponsible delivery boys.no proper response from Palooda people while enquiring about the orders. For 12noon birthday function we got cakes at 130pm

Variety faloodas, pasteries.they have North Indian chats too.they undertake party orders and birthday cakes

Average. They desperately need employees who are professional and experienced. Instead of giving me information and choices based on what i really need, they were repeatedly suggesting what i don't need.

The cake: way too sweet. I felt drugged. The birthday kid barely had a bite.

They could do better with real and wholesome ingredients, and a set of professional employees.

When I says about Palooda, I always feels proud. Because they started from my hometown and now it’s a huge business chain. But from the same home town branch I got an experience which I will never ever forget in my life.
On that day (24.03.2022) I was totally exhausted and after a long journey I went to federal bank Koyilandy office for money deposit. Then came down it was almost 2: 45 pm and I didn’t had my lunch too, so I thought, better to have something from Palooda. I can see there is no big rush like normally happens in the evening. I settled down in a corner as per one guy said. That’s it. Waiting waiting waiting waiting…. 5 minutes… 10 minutes…. At least you should bring some water and the menu card. But here, no response…
As an exhausted person and feeling hungry too, and experiencing something like this… what rate should I give. Kindly advise…

It was all good but.very disappointed by the smell it wasnt pleasant.it smelled like sweat all over and the service wasn't up to the mark.the AC wasnt fully functioning.the food was great, the names were funny

One of the nice icecream spot at auilandy. They serve variety if falooda, icecreams cakes and chats. Their best one is falooda and they have diffeent kinda of cakes both customised and normal one. The place is nearby Nh so convient to visit. The taste was good and the price was afordable. If you wanna have chillout in the hot climate outside then this will be a better optn for sure. They are providing delivery also nearby quilandy!

It was just because of Puttu Ice Cream we came here in PALOODA ICE CREAM & PASTRIES.
It was amazing experience the ice cream was enriched with lots of dry fruits.
We also tried Rainbow PASTRIES which was a good quality and testy

I bought a Tata Punch today from KVR Kannur. They gifted me a plum cake from Palooda. The cake was unlike any plum cakes I'd tasted thus far, it was real cool.

Diffrent types of faloodas.good taste and nice ambiance.its is situated in koyilandy.there is enough space for family dine in and the price is affordable range.there is shakes sundaes cakes and pastries.tried 7 varieties all are equally good.

Very disappointed same item different type in different location.

Best place in Quilandy to have ice cream and pastries. They maintain good hygiene. I find it difficult for parking my car.

I really did not like the food there, I ordered their flagship royal falooda, It is simply overpriced and have too much contents where few of them contradicts like banana and pineapple, that too pineapple was not a riped one.

The products are overpriced but they dosen't have enough qualities like hand dryer, sanitizer, they didn't even provide a clean plate.

Even though the staff were okay-ish but they just provided the menu and was unaware of the contents and stuff regarding the food.

Best for ice creams and variety cakes, panipuri items not served (available at Palooda Payyanur)
