I WISH I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS. I GOT FALOODA AND IT WAS DISAPPOINTED. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE. EVEN THE SERVICE WAS WORST. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME I GOT SOMETHING FROM HERE. AND IT'S GOING TO BE MY LAST

Do not go here or to any other palooda cafe for falooda. They serve mini falooda for the price of full falooda. Before one year the quantity was really good and now they give mini falooda for 180 to 200 rupees. Very less or no layers of fruits and nuts. Totally disappointed.

Nice place with lot of varieties to try out.
Go dive in at the best desert spot in Kannur

Went and had falooda and chats. Impressive.

The varieties of chats available here is not there any where else.
Chicken and beef golgappa are the one im crazy over.
The staffs are friendly.

When u go do read the walls.
They have written the whole story there.

Prices are ltl above average.
Considering chats are available for par 50 in cake studio.

If you want to enjoy authentic chaat, avoid this place completely. Terrible chaat! The ice cream is over priced and pretty much below average!

They promised exotic flavors in premium puttu ice cream but didn't deliver.very disappointing

Good place to hang out with friends and family. Offers a wide range of desserts and chaat. However they could seriously work on providing an ample parking space to their customers. You can manage to park your bikes but parking your car is going to be a nightmare. The auto rikshaw stand is right in front of the building and makes parking difficult. Each time I went I had to opt for a pay and parking facility opposite to the building which is also not great because it's not gated and the space is congested. You get to park in front of some shops and they will charge a small amount from you

Just an average place. Nothing really stood out. The ambience is good. Chat items were not great. Not much variety either. Same with the desserts. Overall a pretty average place.

Had visited there many times. Price was affordable and satisified with the quantity too. Icecreams were yumyum, but won't recommend shakes!

Nice faloodas. Chats were just okay. A bit inexperienced but a very friendly staff who will make you comfortable. The place is neat & pretty. Good for evening meetups.

1) No parking facility.
2) Bad smell in the toilet.
2) Service is too bad. We are visiting these places to relax and eat. But the staff behaves like we need to leave as soon as possible.

This is my 3rd visit to “Palooda Kannur Town”.

The place was neat and clean. Overall service was fine. Non A/C section has a good ambience.

All the ordered items (Buffalo Butter, Pista Chew, Putt Ice cream, Samosa Chaat, Chicken Golgappa) was all great.

They don't have a dedicated parking. Since it is in the centre of Kannur, 4 wheeler parking is too difficult.

The table-sitting in the A/C section can’t even accommodate more than 4 people. They just don’t make an arrangement even if you are 6. The 2 should sit separate, which is not at all fun.

One thing I noticed the service on Sunday, from one of the male staff (the one not in palooda uniform) is better compare to other days (the owner might be present on Sunday, I believe).

Overall try it out with friends. Palooda Kannur could be the best in the town only if they accept their “-“ and improve on those.

Tried their bucket falooda and pav bhaji and.ice cream used in falooda were premium flavours.nice ambience.overall nice experience.

If you thought that that the owner sat at the billing desk, you are wrong here! You will find the partners on the dining floor conversing with the patrons, catching customer requests rapidly and encouraging them to try their new dishes.

It cannot get more refreshing in Kannur than this where we are used to most of the icecream parlours sharing decade old laminated menus and the beaten to death options.

Add to this their Chaat Buster section, you definitely have a happening mix of fun!
We tried their Pani puri, samosa chat and most importantly their chicken stuffed puri, it was a cool innovation, since all these years we had been served only vegetarian chaats.

They are in the process of introducing coffee as well shortly and this will be one full fledged catch up place for a snack and icecream anytime in Kannur!
