I loved that experience from there. I had done my wedding makeover from there, and that was very satisfied. Also very nice costumer service, very professional, and good quality. I have always had a satisfactory response from the place. I ve been there with my mother and daughter.and had many number of self indulges done.in the form of hair cuts.highlights.keratin.numerous facials.and the place has never let me down.staff was always caring.

It's been more than five years since I started coming here.
It's so sad to have to sit down for a busy haircut. That, too, is my daughter's hair. The girl said that it was until 7.30.
If its closing time say politely that today is not possible. I really have to take that video and go to court. I never expected such a bad service from here.
I can't bear the thought.
After doing so, there is no point in saying sorry.
Please do not employ such uncultured people in such a branded shop. Very sorry
One more thing, she took only six minutes to get my daughter's hair cut and that layer cut too.

1. Did I just get there for hair cutting? Madam, I came there to do facials.
2. They took the time you mentioned to correct me by pointing out the flaws of the haircut and when I got irritated they showed me something again.
3. Yes, you offered me a free service and told me to come to the parlor today. But I do not want to lose the rest of my mole's hair which has been cut to three quarter.
4. Then I have been coming there for five years and I was at your service.but yesterday your staff started getting irritated just after 7.30. Then I said that if it was closing time, I would come another day.but they were hurriedly cutting without being heard.

Before you write this, you need to know the truth of the matter.
Understand that a five-year-old customer will never need to leave you a negative comment.

May no one have such an experience again.

The price is exorbitantly high even for a nominal hair cut. They are charging around Rs. 800 just for normal cut. We had visited here in Jan, 2020.

The place is ok. It is good, but definitely does not justify the price charged. If one goes to a small spaced parlour, with minimum arrangements, ambience and products, I would give a pass. But definitely not this one. The girls are pretty good. They do a decent-to-great job. But place definitely does not justify the price
