Good quantity and quality.on our tour of Kerala, last evening of our tour. Had a good dinner… staff is attentive…. Great place to visit with family as well as friends.

We ate buffet in the morning. The food was ok but the service. THERE WAS A ROACH ON OUR TABLE! UNACCEPTABLE

Once known to be a good place to dine in but the poor service has made me put a 2 star rating. I ordered 2 thali meals and it took 15 min until i asked them to bring the same. Out of anger the waiter gave me the plates as if he wanted to throw on me. Such pathetic service and high prices which is not worthy enough for the taste!

I will not recommend nor would I visit again!

My family had morning breakfast in buffet.but buffet contains dosa idly and puttu as well as bread. Bread toaster kept nearby to sambar chutney kadala curry and butter jam. Dosa idly sambar are Kerala style and below normal taste. I expected Vada to be there in buffet but disappointed. We saw Northern Indians residing nearby their own lodge and its a complimentary breakfast and no issue. Mostly enjoying bread jam butter than dosa idly. My wife took puttu and taste is nice. They gave kid sobha for my granddaughter and she enjoyed having food by jumping and climbing in it. Ac is mild and good

Not near, poor service, very expensive, limited food options available.food also tasted bad, we tried veg soup and chicken fried rice, both were fool of salt.also 7UP was charged Rs. 55 against MRP Rs. 40

As always favourite place for lunch.good ambience, favourite dish all time is beef dragon fry. Great service.

The service was very poor. Delay in service. Food was not at all good. I found peanuts in biryani for the first time in the history of my life, we ordered fried rice but they serve lemon rice for that. Worst experience. I feels shamiya taste instant of noodles.

It's the best restaurant in tvm. Dont think another option. Meals chicken biriyani must try?

They fell short of raw materials to provide the orders on time. With a large group of 16, we were in a awkward position. Half the people served and finished dinning while the rest were waiting for their food.

Above average. Over priced food. Eventhough, food taste superb. Guess chef has changed. Tomato frys previous taste was not there. One Tomato fry (hardly 2 tomatoes) they charged 100rs. 0.25 tomatoes jus 10rs only.

Do yourself a favor by not going to this restaurant. Food was average, not clean.the bathroom was too stingy. Ordered mutton masala all were bone pieces with little to no meat in it. Complained and no positive response

The restaurant Panchali is not hygienic and clean.
I was visited 3yr back. That time my favourite place to have lunch. But now it's so pathetic.

Tasty and Aromatic Tiffin and dinner i had here with my family. Best customer service and support with care. Billing person and waiter both are so kind and served. It is a Ac restaurant and This is combined restaurant with both vegetarian and non - vegetarian. Both tastes so good with reasonable cost.

Worst food. Waiters are very lazy and useless fellows. Ate breakfast from here. They have charged for tea without serving it. You will have to wait for so long to get the food served.

Very pad experience.zero for cleanliness.very bad food and the place is filled with cockroaches

Used to be one of the best places in Trivandrum. But now its become really bad. The food was cold mostly which is still acceptable in some cases but the service has become pathetic.the dudes there don't really care.and the cleanliness has somehow vanished.really bad experience.

Visited on 14th August for breakfast.
Lazy and irresponsible attendants, ordered tea for four, awaited long, no responses then billing done. Surprisingly billed for tea also.
Masala dosa was a mess.
Regretted that we took wrong decision - actually we were planned to go to Indian coffeehouse just opposite side.

Worst Service. They don't have respect towards tourist people.make us wait for 1 hour and later informed us the Kitchen is closed. We are 6 and 2 are Senior citizens and diabetic patients. Really worst Service and make us go out with half hunger

Once when I visited around 2 years back it was good except for the price. But now based on the recent visit one of the worst places I have visited in entire Trivandrum.

Very very very delayed serving of food.

The quality of food is bad. The restrooms are the worst. For a veg meal I ordered they served fish meals. When asked he said that I have asked for it. Very irresponsible.

I humbly request Rajadhani to at least not add their esteemed name for the hotel because it has become the worst in the town. It was once the best I won't deny.

After darshan we visited resturant on Monday 02 may 2022 and ordered for masala dosa and ghee roast it took 30 min for them to serve the dish and once we tasted it, it was not good
I think batter was made 2-3 days back.in masala dosa potato was cut in big pieces and not cooked properly they are charging 63 rs for dosa and not worth for even 10 rs.
Only hotel ambience is good but quality of food is veryyyyyy bad

Anna poorna restuarant near West nada is a good alternative.

Visited Panchali restaurant after a decade and a half. The set up is still the same as before, but the food was awesome. If you are in the city, and donot want to wait around for seats at Azad and loose precious time, head straight to Panchali.

Visited with family and had breakfast after temple visit.

Food not worthy for the money we paid. Still ok with the infrastructure and ambiance.

Best interiors and parking space available hotel very near by pathmanabha Swami temple.

I had onam sadhya with my family there. It was totally a good experience for me. Good staff's too.
