The Brownie with Dark Chocolate mousse was enjoyable, but the portion size seemed inadequate for the price. As for the Cinnamon roll, it could have been improved; I've had better ones at a lower price elsewhere.

A passionate cake lover and a die- hard fan of these delicious pastries! Their prices have of course gone up but worth it! If a recipe hasn't changed for 25 plus years - it's a testament to its quality! I used to save up just to splurge it all here! Do not miss stopping in this chain of shops!

Had ordered their cheese cake. Didn't like it as it was mostly just fresh cream with a biscuit layer as the base and jelly topping.

Im a big fan of Hazelnut fudge cake and a usual here. But the consistency each day is not right and when I complain about it the staff throw attitude. They are kinda rude and i stopped going.

Present staff is a trainee. Does not wear gloves. Boxes for purchases are made in a unhygienic way.

I took 3 dark choclt brownies. 3 blondies. A coffee bun n a cinnamon roll. Sorry to say, but all of them were of pathetic quality. Hard n crumbly. We took frm ur shop since it supposd to be famous n gud n so calld influencers rave abt it. May be some other items might be good. But what we took was absolutely horrible. Plz dont fool ur customers with stale food. Hv had vanilla doughnut from here, which was good so i went ahead and took the other items blindly. Nvr again.

The cakes are really good. Ordered it on the previous day and could collect it in the morning itself, which was very convenient. The irish coffee cake was really superb and tasty. There were plenty of other good looking desserts as well. The place has just sufficient parking.

Most of the birthdays of my friends and family were celebrated with the premium quality cakes form pandhal. If you ask me my favorite, I would definitely suggest you to try their blueberry cheesecake. They are delicious.

I am not sure which pandal shop delivered my order. I did an online order for a birthday cake through their official watsapp number. First, bad customer service, the response takes few hours to place order. Second I had to keep asking them to send me confirmation and payment link to pay. I kept reminding them and i get late responses. The day of the delivery also morning i messaged them asking them to confirm and also send me payment and not to take money from recipient since they had not yet send me the payment link. As dreaded, they delivered the cake and ask for payment from recipient. Like how can you go wrong when it a online gift order. Very disappointed & not happy.

Cake shops collect Name, Phone and Date of birthday they should be keeping these in their database with a reminder for future use and give the customer a delightful service, we had a repeat purchase as we were extremely happy with the experience last year but this year though the cake was as good as earlier experience the buying experience could have been more delightful

There was that missing enthusiasm in displaying the menu with the varieties of cake that we got last year. The earlier person was helpful with the online catalogue and helped us through the ordering process.missed that same enthusiasm this year.

Otherwise the cakes were as good as ever. This year the cake price was ₹1600 for 1kg

Rich chocolate cakes are available. Blueberry cheesecake and chocolate-dream are a must try.

We have heard quite alot about Pandhal cake shop. Had the chance to visit yesterday at Edappally outlet. A compact and neat place. They offer a good variety of options. We bought Caramel Fudge cake. Crisp and fast delivery. We really loved the cake. Will definitely visit soon.
