Panoramic Sea Resort

I traveled to kerala recently and stayed in this hotel for 1 night. It was worst experience i had. Let me start with location. The hotel is exactly next to beach and it has main road in between which is always have traffic. Adjacent to hotel is beer and wine shop where guys come and drink. Though we had no problem but ut still feel bit of insecure. On weekends crowd gather here making it very noisy place. Beach is absolutely not great, no clean, water is not clear, even beach is not flat to swim. Instead please go to Marina beach and select hotel there.
Coming to room, it was dirty, smelly and suffocating. They provided towel which was had hole in it. Bathroom stink a lot. There is no freshness at all in room.
Same thing with restaurant, ambience is below average, no freshness. Food quality is not good at all.
Though swimming pool is there you won't want to go inside it, so its just to showcase. Staff was prompt in service and welcoming.
So overall i had very bad experience and i would recommend not to go with this hotel and specially alleppey beach. Go to other beaches in Kerala.

Actually it's located just opposite to sea shore, unfortunately we can't see the sea, but its 5 min walk. Cleanliness of room is ok, room service is pretty good.if u want to stay near sea u can prefer here.

Great place to enjoy your time with your family and loved ones.located right opposite to alapey beach and staff and people working there so polite and helpful and made our day wonderful.

Absolutely bad hotel, next to a noisy street. The rooms are dirty and moldy. Upon entering, you get a bad smell. Although we saw three different rooms, none of them was better than the other. The fridge is not working, the advertised mini bar is not provided. There is no Wifi.
There is garbage everywhere on the terrain, everything is totally run down.
The pool is damaged and more of a danger than a place to relax.
The breakfast is not rich and bad.
Staff, who obtrusive ringing on the door in the morning before 8 o'clock, so no time to relax and enjoy holiday.
All in all a terrible experience. If the hotel only cost 10 euros the night, it would not be a problem. But with the high price you really expect something better! Very disappointing, you should better looking for another place to stay.

Neat and nice place to stay, reception people are very polite and friendly, good food at capcicum rest, shikara (at cost) provided by hotel was also very good, only at breakfast time there was some minor issue, informed at reception they assured me for no future complain

Hotel Location is good if you want to stay in front of beach. It is very near to Light House. 2kms from KSRTC bus Stand and Main Market.
Room rent between Rs. 2000-2500 per night including breakfast is a ok deal. It is a cottage type structure. From Inside Two rooms are separated by one door.

Room is big enough. Facilities are awesome and the staffs are best.cleanliness and room services are outstanding.

Pool, Staff, Villa was good but surroundings full of mosquitoes and insects. No Wifi, No cable connection. Front desk lady was very rude in behaviour. Below average stay. Only plus point is near to beach

I visit 24 August and we don’t like this third class hotel and i want to give only 1 star

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. We booked two rooms for one day and the good part is that they were interconnected. SERVICE was really good and friendly. We had swimming pool and SPA (which was okay) and a big lawn for kids to play around. Food was really good at the near by Capcicum restaurant. I would definitely recommend. Also, the Azhapulla beach is very much near by.you could just see it from the entrance.
Tip: Try Pineapple juice in Capcicum restaurant, it was by far the best pineapple juice I had ever had.

I visited the resort in Aug first week with my friends. Stay was really comfortable and the resort is beautifully located, just about 200 mtrs from the beach. Well maintained property and reasonable too. Staff is really helpful with special mention of Mr. Arun, who was quite supportive. Thanks to the Panoramic Resort to make our vacation a memorable one. Highly recommended.

Resort location is excellent. Villas are well maintained. Pathways to Villas, garden maintenance neat and clean even during heavy rainfall. We arrived Alleppey railway station 1: 30 in the night because of the train service was totally disturb due to flooding all over in Kerala. At that time Autos were not available. Resort Manager Arun was constantly in touch with us. Since we all are senior citizens, Arun understand our difficulty and came with a Car at the railway station to receive us. We all cannot forget and always remain thankful to him.
I would certainly appreciate and suggest to visit this resort in Alleppey.

Nice and calm place. Staff was very supportive. Mr. Arun was very helpful, approachable and well behaved. Beach is just a walk away.

Stayed on 5th july (booked 4 room by a group). Location is good near sea beach. Receptionist was co-operative. Food (dinner) was very good but the quality of some breakfast items was not upto mark and needs improvements.overall good staying experience.

Worst hotel & poor service.they served poor dinner without any information in my room. I return food but they not returned my money.there was no water, no milk, staff are not co-opreative

We spent 2-3 hours at this poolside restaurant during one of our weekly rides with our Harley Davidson bikes. We were a team of about 12 adults including ladies plus a couple of kids.on our bikes and cars. Variety of food was very limited and the food quality mediocre! Of appam-veg stew, kappa-fish and porotta-chicken curry, none was tasty and the welcome drink was not fresh juice despite promise during our booking. The swimming pool was poorly maintained. There were flies allover the place.

To top it all, the bill was exorbitant and unjustifiable! A fair rate for what we ate was probably between 150 to 250 rupees per head but we were billed at 800 per head! We complained to the service head lady who tried to call the owners but there was no response to the repeated calls she “supposedly” made in front of us over a time of 30-45 minutes. Tored of waiting we told her that we would pay it full but would surely write unfavorable reviews about the resort (?). Then she talked with the accountant and offered us a discount of 100 i.e. We ended up paying Rs700 per person. We the HOG members normally get attractive discounts from almost all well known and reputed restaurants/hotels including star hotels such as Grand Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Four Seasons because for them to have Harley bikers as customers is something to be proud of. Leave aside getting discounts, their food is really worth paying 500-800 or even a 1000 Rs per person unlike the Panoramic Sea Resort in Alleppey!

Overall nice hotel rooms were very big, bathrooms were also clean and big.but swimming pool was very dirty they didn't clean it and in rooms there are many mosquitoes so take goodnight or any other device to get rid of them.this resort is very close to allepy beach rarely 8 to 10 minutes so it is very good.breakfast was also good they have complimentary breakfast.

The resort is very near to the beach. The rooms are good. They provide complementary breakfast on selected plans. The price is affordable. The place need some maintenance. The children's playing area need renovation. The restaurant in the resort compound is not good; bad service and attitude of staff is bad. Pool is small. The resort is bit overpriced and the restaurant is not good.

Really sorry for to say that The receptionist was bad behaviour with infront of my guest today. I went there with my guest for to chekin the hotel, that time she have booked boating for my guest 600 per hour.i have already booked the boating for my guest before chekin the hotel. And i was booked 400 per hour and she said to my guest he is chetaing you for commision

It was a nice stay.room was very beautiful
. Food was very testy. Stuffs a very cooperative and friendly.

We stayed for two nights and our experience is awesome. Neat, clean and spacious rooms with all facilities. The architecture is excellent.inside the room, pathways, green plants and trees, etc.really we enjoyed privacy. The atmosphere is truly great and it's not like a normal hotel or lodge.something more. You could reach the beach in few minutes just crossing the road in front of the resort.

Nice swimming pool and kids would really enjoy playing in the pool and the beach.

Complementary breakfast is good, but yet they could have more items in the menu. A good restaurant is also available inside the resort.

Above all, the Members of Staff are very polite and very much coordinating.

The receptionist offered us a complementary breakfast. But changed his word in the morning. Service was terrible and there were lot of mosquitoes inside. AC was only working intermittently and frequent power breaks was an issue.

Nice place but bit over priced for the resort.one good thing is you will be staying just in front of the beach and can have a early morning bliss

Sprawling campus but poorly maintained.food is not great and staff needs lots of training in maintaining the property as well the customers. Overall bad experience.there are better resort for same cost in and around. Though they say sea view there us no sea view anyways as there is huge bridge blocking the view.parking space is for few cars. Rooms are ordinary nothing to write about.
