The rate is very high and too much delay in getting photos. Really disappointed with the customer experience

Poor customer service. We have to give them money and we need to see the attitudes of that people as well. Very highly priced. Not at all recommended. Stay away from paramount.

Good facilities including parking but expensive compared to other studios. They have charged 220 INR for 3.5x4.5 size package (8 photos) while they are charging 140 INR for 3x4 seize package (8 numbers). I believe other studios are charging favourably lower rate for customers.

They wont explain you the charges properly. Very over priced and the quality of the photos are very bad. If you are looking for good studio, please don't go here. Feeling frustrated

Horrible experience with passport size photographs. I received mine with the face not even centralised to the edges. Editing is for namesake and virtually non-existent.

One the best Studio I would prefer to take any kind of photographs, reasonable pricing, all kinda copies available at different packages, fast service, good quality pictures and super friendly staff.

If you are going to Paramount go only this branch, mg road branch is a disaster. Here it isn't crowded and you get your photos on time, employees were friendly, and i also didn't have to see the stares when i asked for soft copies of photos. Parking may be a problem as the construction on the road is ongoing.

I want to take a photograph for my Visa. Service was awesome and the entire process right from collecting the photograph up to printing was completed in 20 mins.

Excellent photography but very expensive. Exorbitant rate even for just soft copy.any print or frame will cost extra.

The staff is really what has me come back this location has a great set of people, they do nice photo editing and fast delivery. Thank u!

A representative called and accepted that it was his billing mistake. He has promised me to hand deliver the stuff.
Atleast the guy accepted his mistake and promised to fix issue. This is the paramount I remember. I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 3star.

Pathetic bad service. Photographers are good.
I ordered 12k worth of frames
They told it will be ready on Wednesday
I called on Wednesday and no one picked
I called on Thursday no one picked
I sent an official complaint to mail, within an hour they called. I specifically more than couple of times told don't miss giving frames as there are 5 frames in total and my father had to pick them up

My father was given only 4 frames. 1 is missing. Should a customer has to go 2 times to the same place to get all stuff?

I am calling them tomorrow and will ask someone to hand deliver my missing frame to my home. Why the heck should a customer visit twice for the mistake they did?

I have been with studio for many years and I am pleased to say that I have never encountered a problem. Good dealings, delivered on time.

Got a digital painting done of my father. It was done beautifully and promptly. Thanks for providing lifelong likeness of my father.

Good for small as well as big works. They are famous for digital photo paintings. Charges are reasonable.

Great expertise in camera repairs. The repair is done at Kottayam. It usually takes a week. Repaired my Sony Alpha

Good photographer. A family photo takes approx 10 minutes to set up seating and posture arrangements. For family photos, the photographer takes 1-2 seating arrangements. Plan to spend some time here, especially if there is already someone in the studio. Have ample waiting space for around 8 people (without social distancing). Rates are a bit higher, but we may consider it for the quality of photos.

The phone numbers given in the bill and site don't work.

For the land line the call doesn't go through.

The mobile keeps ringing. But no one picks up.

Extremely helpful considering the fact that the copy of the photograph I needed was taken years back.

We went for a family photo and they tricked us to select 3 photos without mentioning full price.they even tried to get us take a package also.each photo soft copy is 500rs and physical copies are extra charge.they also try to confuse you.overall a bad experience.wont go there again though I stay nearby.

Photograph quality is very worse. Not worth for time and money. Visited four times to get a decent quality photo printout after paying full amount. Very bad photography and editing.

Messed up measurements for a visa size photo, had to go thrice to get it sorted, not the best service

Good place to get family photos clicked, but overpriced and not exactly transparent with their rates. They charge you for soft copies of photos as well even if you buy the photos separately. Their packages are irrelevant, rather they should just ask what customers want.

They are extremely overpriced. Just average in quality. Nothing great about it. They are just selling on their old name.staffs are not courteous. For their price, they are simply not worth it.

Branch of one of the oldest Photo Studios in Thiruvananthapuram City. The main branch is in MG Road. Very popular for doing photographic and video coverage of weddings & other family events.

Was surprised to see that they don’t have 15 mins photo - even for passport size photo. Went all the way to East fort to get the photo

Photography not up to the mark. Depends on the photographer.went for a family photo.pictures taken were quite ordinary.one photo will cost Rs. 750.asked them to frame the photo.but the photo framed was not that requested by us.customer service now a days is very poor.earlier had better experience from paramount.but now wont recommend paramount, vazuthacaud

People in trivandrum may be having good opinion about the studio because of their quality of work snd promptness. Right from1980 they are like this, technology gave th good mileage. Good.

Poor Customer service and attitude of some of the employees are not customer friendly. Poor quality prints and don't know how to cut the photos properly. Not worth the money.

Great pictures are taken, and having a tendency to pose for more pictures, my friends and I did exactly that; only to find out that the cost of each soft copy was about Rs. 500, which we found to be quite a rip-off, especially after choosing 10 pictures to be our own. And well, in the end, good pictures went to waste.

Rate is very high compared to other studios.
For taking soft copy of one photo without print cost 350/-INR.
