Once upon a time it was one of the most efficient studios in Trivandrum. Of late there has been sharp dip in the quality of services rendered. Low level employees are seen chatting around even when there are customers waiting. The staff at the counter are no different either
The studio requires urgent attention of the top management. Otherwise time is not far when the studio has to close grown

Had the worst experiencetill date. Service is too bad, they keep waiting alot for simple things. Pricing is too high. Even for a passport photo. Wont suggest anyone to choose them. Better studios are available nearby.

Very bad customer service, the approach of the staff sitting in the counter to customer's is pathetic and horrible. Nobody will attend to you at counter if you wait for hours, unless and until we demand. Very bad experience. When asked abt.he replied that hundreds of customers visiting so we have to demand, which is not at all acceptable. Seems that they have over business's. So i recommended not to visit Paramount, prefer any other studio and let them have the business.

Its a nice photostudio in trivandrum. Little higher on price but the end product will definitely make you feel worth it for the price. My Marriage reception, family photo everything we booked paramount studio and we all were happy with the service. Only downside is that they are little overpriced.

Don't go there to frame your photos the charged a very very high price. It's beyond any explanation. Don't go there. They charged 1000 rupees for a single drawing to frame. The acrylic sheet that cost 100 is charged 400. They have no standard pricing or customer service. Very bad experience. Overall I lost 4000 rs for framing 4 drawings. We have been cheated.

DO NOT GO HERE! Plenty of other places in the city which offer much better services. The charges are exorbitant and not worth the effort.

Highly unprofessional customer service they will cut the call if you ask for any details.

It's a busy photography studio. They are into wedding albums photo shoots and event coverages. First floor you can find paramount art gallery wher lot of painting s are displayed and is available for sale. Both original artwork as well as copy of art work is available.

They had no professionalism when I went in today to get a passport photo, and their approach was that they were doing me a favour.
However, when I took a family photo a few months ago, it turned out quite well. I'm not sure why they take a different approach when taking passport photos.

Beautiful work made by the photographer's. My daughter and me take photos from there and pictures are sooooper clarity. We are very much thankful to the staff & management of the studio.

Went their for taking family photo. The whole setup was vintage and the seating arrangement suggested by photographer was not satisfactory.

They suggested us to choose packages mentioning it will be cheaper. Later understood that it was overpriced.

They confirmed all the photos will be ready within 3-4 days and soft copied will be sent in 2 days. None of these happened. I had to call them at least 10-15 times for someone to answer and then mentioned the photos are ready to be collected.

The soft copies they sent could not be accessible as they share the G Drive links. I am still trying to get it sorted after 5 days after collecting the photos. Evidently they are not answering the calls again.

NOT at all recommended.there are better studios and freelance photographers in town who are far more creative than these people.

Very good experience. We have took photos of our baby and also family. Their picture clarity and works are good. You will get all sorts of picture size and frames here.

Visited paramount opposite ayurveda collage today.asked them to give print of one group photo and a single photo.for group photo they charged 750/- and for single 350/-. But main problem is we asked soft copy of one group photo and they asked 600 for each soft copy and it was something beyond expectations.vey bad services too.

We keep going to Paramount for 2~3 reasons. One is Prompt service. For printing some copies, we can wait for half an hour or so and get it. And for framing, restoran work etc, thy keep the date of delivery. Then accessibility both physically as well as electronically. It is just on the opposite side of Govt Ayurveda college, and you can park the car in front of the building. Space for 2 cars and a few bikes available. Security is always at service to support. Electronically means we can send the photos to their e-mail id"[email protected]". And they will print. Also if some editing work is required, they will send a screenshot of the final to your mail ID before printing, so that you are sure of what you are getting. All types of electronic payments are available.
Another good thing is, thy are open on Sundays also, which is convenient for working community.
Cons: a print (with lamination) we took went black due to some fungus, within an year. May be due to moist on the wall. Not sure if another process is available with them, to counter this.

Cost of photography is too High and very traditional type of photography. Even for a group photo of 3 people they charged 400 per soft copy.

The place is old but I got a bad experience. First of all please train your people in interpersonal skills. Your packages are OK.

By far the best team in this businessand they have plenty of package deals that no one can resist

I don't recommend this place at all. I came here to take some copies of a photo, and these people promised to deliver it in half an hour but I ended up waiting more than two hours. What's funny is that everytime I looked, all the staffs were standing there doing nothing. It's like they got all the free time in the world but nobody does anything. People who were waiting along with me were seen getting agitated too. I am never coming back to this place.

One of the oldest studios in the city- currently being run by the 3rd generation. Though slightly expensive, the photography as well as the quality of output is simply superb. Had employed them for my son's wedding, including the various events around it. Not only me, but my entire extended family, are truly satisfied with the excellent results. The crew as well as the office staff are also extremely courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the standard you guys!

Sorry to say that they give a VERY POOR SERVICE. The staff at the uloor branch are so irresponsible that they don't even care to bother what the customer has got to say. It is taken for granted that we being their customers should be willing to take what ever nonsense they give to us. Unfortunately I happen to give a photo lamination and framing work for my In-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary yesterday evening and I have been waiting for an email of the picture that had to be framed. But so far I haven't got one yet and when asked.they have already given for printing WITHOUT GETTING A CONFIRMATION FROM US! Though it's already given. Stil I asked them to send me the picture via email. They have been mocki g at their customer just by saying. "Wil send it right away". Since morning and time now is 2.57pm.i just called them 5mins back. They are still repeating the same. "sending it madam". Who ever the owner is PLS RESPOND. THANKING YOU Reni Thomas

Never Never go to this studio. Very bad outcome. Very rude staff and they are not concerned about the customer satisfaction. Very bad.

The best photographic studio in Trivandrum. They got the best equipments and people with good experience.

Sundays also working that's what highlights me in Paramount. But it's takes much time to get photos printed. That's quite annoying.

Very costly. Need to wait more than an hour for 8 copies of passport size photos to get printed. No post processing on the photos, printed just like it is clicked. No staffs are approachable and none of them are friendly. Very disappointed and spoiled our enjoyment mood when clicked a family photo.

Professional quality photography. A class apart. This studio has two parts one for normal customers as studio requirements for Photography and videography and other one is as colour lab for professional photographers and low budget studios. As a normal customer this studio is little expensive. But for a business customer like professional photographers and studio owners this is a good option for their printing requirements.
