Went for a family portrait, staff was great, photos came out even better. Trivandrum's best.

An excellent studio for good portraits and family photos. They also restore old and distorted photos.

Needed to get Schengen visa size photographs done to exacting standards. Others had messed it up in earlier years, and even recently, needing several iterations. PP was a refreshing change - we were well received, and a good job was done all in 30 mts as promised.

Very quick and efficient, their turnaround time for getting copies of photos is astonishing, I got it under 15 minutes flat.

Quick, easy, professional. They are very experienced in the field of photography and has been the go to option for trivians from decades back. Always dependable although some staff behaviour could be better.

It's a branch of Paramount at MG Road. It's a very old studio, with this branch started some couple of years back

Worst customer service experience. 72+ year's of experience of how to irritate an customer. Pathetic

Good studio, but I think need more to be creative. Family photo they always take in the same way. Photo quality and delivery all are good. One more draw back I feel that once they said they didn't share photos to mail for selecting photos. We settled full cash advancely, and then I don't know why they talked like this

I don't know why they have so many negative reviews and low ratings. But personally, they did an excellent photoshoot for us and the cost is also reasonable.

I have a got a bad experience with Paramount Photographers. I had to bring my sister for radiation in my car to Medical college on 6th Dec'22, yesterday. I move around inside the whole area of Medical college. I couldn't get a parking. I dropped her in front of the radiology dept and came out of medical college and moved towards Ulloor road. I could find a small place just between the Paramount photographers and the nearby plot (in between). I thought, instead of blocking in front of Paramount, I parked along the side wall of the Paramount, where there is an Electric post situated by the side of the wall so that in/out vehicles from Paramount will not be disturbed. Then I took an auto and attended my sister. When I came back. I saw a loving letter from Paramount photographers clipped to my car's wiper. Let me write here the same. " FOR THE FEAR OF SHAME DON"T PARK HERE. R U FOOL? "
I think Paramount Photographers need to correct their ATTITUDE DISEASE

Good quality photos, courteous service and good location with ample parking space. Recommended.

Very good studio, customer friendly staff, quick processing, car and two wheeler parking available,

Always went there for any kind of photos such as passport size, postcard size etc. They have many packages. If you want only passport size photos they have packages starting with multiples of 8. They give you photos within 1/2 an hour depending on the type of photos you want. Located in ulloor so is very easily accessible. Customer service is very good. They even send the photos via email for further use.

Really bad photographers. There's no star lower than 1 hence giving that. Attitude issues and complete lack of photography or editing skills. My wife proposed some really nice suggestions for some family pics and they were not even willing to listen or acknowledge. Just knows the old style photography where one holds breath - "vadakkunokki yanthram" sreenivasan style! We paid 13k and with my basic photography skills I could have done a better job - horrible lighting and touching up, black background when people are wearing dark dress, photos taken with arms or parts of frame cut off! Pricing is also super exorbitant - 650 for just a soft copy. And in this digital age, they can't give soft copy of all photos taken and just gives the ones we are framing/printing only. The packages available for printing are so rigid with no flexibility and also really confusing. NEVER going back ever and/or NOT recommended for anyone!

Got family photographs for 4 families and have to say they don't seem to know what they are doing. Almost none of the prints have come out anywhere near properly. Most of the photographs have very basic issues including lighting and exposure issues, people are not framed fully (hands, shoulders etc cut out) and background is not good at all in any of them. This after paying 13K for prints including framed ones. Amateurs could have done a much better job. Complete rip off for the prices charged. Would never recommend them. If you do go here, do not pay the full amount upfront. Pay only after you have seen the final results.

We went to the studio for taking some family photographs. They showed us the rates on the boards and they were, honestly quite confusing. Due to time constraints we just did not enquire further. The final bill came to Rs 10000.00. They charged us Rs 550.00 per photograph for sharing digital copies through email. Even that was okay.

But, to our utter horror and disappointment, when the prints and the frames came, we were shocked to see that they had printed their names on every photograph and frame. Furthermore, in every photograph, the same person wearing the same dress looked in a different color.

When we complained about the advertisement printed on frames and photographs, the idiot who is supposed to be the owner said it was standard policy. Due to scarcity of time and as I had to return to Hyderabad, I was not able to file a case in the consumer court against this bunch of cheats.

Only good thing about the studio is that they have parking for 3 cars. The camera they were using was outdated even for an amateur photographer.

If you feel that I am exaggerating, please go through the reviews by other people and decide for yourself.

Worst customer service. I asked for online payment via gpay and the guy at the reception said he accepts only cash and then started to lecture me to carry cash in hand everywhere i go. If you want to face such attitude issues better don't go here.

Good quality photographs and professional photographer. Visiting since 3 years, their service is consistent.

4- 5 cars can be parked. They will send you the image file as well once we take the passport size photos. If there are no rush you will get the print in 30 minutes. They accept all types of payments

Absolutely miserable customer service and they don't know how to deal with customers or kids if they are coming up for a family pic or shoot as they are very impatient and keep on looking at the price tag on which customer comes up. Please improve the quality of customer service.

So far no response for the mail which I send. What the email mentioned on the website is also not working. So as a customer point of view it's less than 1 star rating

Photograph quality is good but pathetic customer service. They don't listen to what we want, makes us wait to deliver something entirely different. Highly inefficient, they deliver on time promised, but it still is absurdly long compared to other studios. They have lost their edge and is not the same they once were. Sad to see this

Worst customer services ever seen. No basic courtesy to tell customers what's going on. Customers please note to bring along an astrologer to decipher the mind of staff. Please avoid

Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff.we request the staff to issue B2B invoice since we have GST registration, but they give B2C invoice and promised to give B2B invoice later. Now they are saying they cannot issue B2B invoice. Really very bad attitude and unprofessional behaviour.

World class bad passport sized photographs after making you wait for about 40 minutes, whereas smaller shops get it done better with natural skin tones in under twenty minutes.

Wish I hadn't gone there to get my photo taken, now my certificate looks so bad with that photo in it that I'm hesitant to show it to others.

Worst customer service. Went to take passport size photograph and after payment only they have mentioned that they don't have Internet and will be sent via email the next day. The next day also when I contacted them, they were telling like they still don't have Internet. (and the next day the shop was holiday due to strike). They could have mentioned this before taking the photo or could have give the soft copy in a CD the same day itself. I was at a place which is far from the studio, otherwise I would collect the CD directly from the studio. I called to a number which I got from their Facebook page and a person named ARUN SURESH (who itself told like he is one of the partner) picked that call. He didn't want to hear what others are saying and was shouting like it's because of my mistake they don't have Internet. Mr. Arun, if you don't have Internet, that is your issue only. Why the customers need to suffer for that? Nowadays people are only taking passport size photos, only if they have such a requirement. For me also, it was urgent that's why I took the photograph. If the issue is at your end, you don't have to shout to customers. He itself was mentioning one more thing like it's only their privilege that they are giving the soft copy and only for hard copy they are charging the amount. Mr. Arun, all the studios are now giving soft copy as well as hard copy. "Not only your studio". And most people now needs soft copy than hard copy. If you don't know that, as a studio partner understand that also. One more thing, if you have any issues with BSNL OR AIRTEL you have to clear it with themselves. You don't have to shout at me saying "It is because of Airtel you don't have Internet and due to bsnl you didn't have landline for 2 months during lockdown ". Staffs are even far better than the "Partner". The photograph was good and the uncle who took the photo was also behaved in a good manner. Writing this review only because of the PARTNER. Giving one star as I am not able to post the review without giving any stars

ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. THE STAFFS THERE JUST WANT TO LOOK ONTO THEIR MOBILES. WILL MAKE US WAIT FOR HOURS JUST TO GET A PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO. I CAME HERE TWICE FOR GETTING A PASSPORT SIZE PHOTO AND SAME WAS THE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE.

This place is one of the best for taking photographs and framing them. True professional level photography and they provide digital portrait too. Overall excellent.

Seriously never go there.they take the worst picture.dont even know how to use the camera properly.i am not kidding.lazy staffs who wouldn't even send the digital copy of the pic via mail

Not good for small work like passport size photos. Will take too much time. (minimum 1 hour) Guys r too busy with their works.but photo quality is good

I mean which place charge 40 RS just for mailing a pic! The picture was OK but the service was horrible. Never going and not even suggesting anyone unless you are in real hurry

It's very comfortable going to this place for me. Less rush, near home, ample parking. But, sometimes it takes time for them to deliver photos.

Looks like this studio existed for a very long time. Just went there to get some passport size photos. There were a lot of people in the studio due to which we had to wait a bit. Good location. Professional but can be a little courteous and customer friendly.

All photos they provide is as per package only. You take 30 photos but the packages says that you get only 1 photo in different sizes only. Soft copy and hard copy. Whats the need of having just 1 photo in different sizes after all. Atleast if they can give 2 or 3 photos it would have great. Will never come back to you. And won't suggest you to any one. Ps. U dont get soft copies of photos that you are not printing.

Very professional. Plenty of parking space. Though on the main road, difficult to locate because of the high walls on either side. Occasionally have driven almost past it.

One of the worst place. The attitude of the people working there is not at all pleasing, it was like I was asking for them to do me a favour. I gave them a photo to print in the noon and they told me to come after 6pm. I paid for it and came back at around 8pm and they said it was not ready. I waited for 20mins more and when I enquired about it again, they asked me to come on the next day. I was so frustrated and I argued with them to give the money back. They refunded the amount after some hesitation. I'll give the lowest rating to this place as the service is just horrible.

Better to go to a small studio to take passport photos. Staff attitude is not good. In these times is instant photography, I didn't get the photo even after 24 hrs.

Worst studio ever! It took 40 minutes to take 4 copies of a passport size photo. They dont care about the customers who are waiting and the guys at the shop are always busy with their computers at the shop as if they are some government employees.

Went for a family photo. They are forcing customers to take their package which are obviously expensive and totally unnecessary.
No option to choose the photo size. Have to select from their predefined package which includes 3 to 4 photos with different sizes. As an organisation, they should let customers choose what they want rather than forcing them too choose what the studio want. The only positive aspect was the parking space.

Probably a neglected place in the heart of the city. Good service; can make it better though. Parking space is a big advantage. Drive in with a Hummer there, you can easily get it laid. Staff are a little bit introverts but good.

The worst studio I ever went. They charge like hell and the way the staffs behave is very bad. Just to send a soft copy of a photo, they charge 500 RS per photo. It was too hot inside as they don't even put AC inside the studio. This is the first time I'm posting a review, I have gone through several negative experiences, but this incident makes me to post a review. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

If you want 4-5 photos without framing. We have to pay 3k-4k. And for sending a soft copy apart from that they are going to charge 500 for each photo.

It's better to hire a photographer for a daily shoot where they are going to charge us 4k-5k where they can provide us all the photos they take for that day.

Nice studio with adequate parking in front of the shop. It isn't usually too crowded here. So a good place if you want to just step in and take a quick photo. They seem to be doing family portraits and restoration of old photos.
