Parassini Park

We were able to book the stay a day before, and had a pleasant stay, I had a back ache and couldn't climb up, they immediately shifted my room to the ground floor which helped a lot. Very friendly staff, neat and clean rooms, toilets.

Very good hotel with spacious rooms. Best place to be staying for one night and it's the closest to the temple. No restaurant but tea and coffee were available which was delivered in the room. The staff were good but since the premises was used for public parking the behaviour of the person who takes money for the parking is very rude. Inspite of the whole parking being empty he was behind us to park the vehicle quickly even before we could off load the luggage. I found this behaviour very bad especially to go through this when we are just entering the place. Rest all we had a pleasant experience.

Really budget friendly, plenty of gated parking. Rooms are clean and spacious. Also, close to the Muthappan temple.

Called up the hotel for reservation, the front desk guy said we need to visit the hotel in person so he can check us out and later confirm the booking. That's such a cheap behaviour. We were tired because of traveling otherwise i would have given him left right.

A good place to stay near the parassini temple. Situated just a few meters outside of the temple.

Bad temperament of staff. Legally you are allowed to use toilets in any hotels. They didn't allow. Very bad of a service industry.

I just saw that a lady before me had a similar experience. She had periods and asked for help. She also paid for parking like me. And yet the staff was not permitting use of a legally permitted facelity. A complaint to the authorities can have this hotel pay fine for violation.

In the last reply the management assured they will take care of the issue. Nothing was done, also the person who sat at the counter seemed to be old and of experience. Not expected of such a place.

It was a pleasant stay with my family. One star I reduced because they were not providing any tea/Coffee and no lift facilities available. Otherwise overall Experience was good. Spacious and well maintained room. Its just 2 minutes walkable from the temple.

We had a very pleasant stay at parassini park couple of days before. Rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are also clean. Staffs were very nice and had a friendly service.

Stayed here many times, but am disappointed this trip, they provided one bath towel for 4 of us when asked for one more towel they gave us very dirty toned towel.front office staff behaviour was very bad, hes thinking that he is doing a favour to customer. No more stay in this hotel

Overall a good experience.
Quite large car parking area.
They should reserve car parking for those who avail their hotel service.

I faced an urgency to use the toilet for the need of a woman in me. I was having doubts about getting periods, and i only wanted to check it out. Thus, using a toilet was a must. At that time, your front office staff were very rude and denied access to the toilet facility.
But at the same time, your next-door hotel allowed us to use toilet

As a woman traveler, it is very difficult to get proper toilet facilities. I hope you know about those difficulties. What if your close woman family had the same such horrible experience as this.

"The Supreme Court recently passed a judgment where if you are a woman or a child, you can now just walk into any hotel or restaurant and use the facility there.

Therefore, if you are a woman or child, you can even use a 5- star hotel washroom without having booked a room in the hotel. "

" The interpretation of “free access” term given in Section 7 (2) of the Indian Sarais Act 1867 enables a person to ask and consume water or use the washrooms of such hotels for free at any hotel at any time"

Since your hotel is situated near a pilgrim center, please arrange a toilet facility for the ones using your paid parking facility.

So I am requesting you to look into this matter, hoping you would find a solution for women travelers using your hotel's paid parking lot. Next time a woman or child is in urgency to use toilet, please try to understand the dilemma

A good stay. Where we were 4 people and rooms costed 1700 for Non A/c and for A/c 2200 may vary during seasons.and dormerty also available for families who are 7 to 8 people.rooms wre neat and tidy.beds where more comfortable and it's located to temple which is walkable distance and i am staying here for more than 3 times visited from 2018. I recommend this place for sure. Parking available in front of this hotel

Thank you for providing us a wonderful stay at Parassini Park. We booked NON AC rooms, which was really spacious and well maintained. The cleanliness of the room is highly appreciated. The reception staff were very friendly and humble man. Thank you Brother and entire staff.

Very near to ParasiniKadavu Temple with ample car parking. They wouldn't accept Card or UPI transaction. Remind to carry cash because nearby ATM's are not working. We booked 2 rooms with 2100/-INR (for 3 bed) and 2300/- (for 4 bed). Rooms are spacious but the quality of bath towel and blanket is poor.
