Got a blouse stitched, was overpriced and average. They asked me whether they can add small details without informing me how much each of these tiny things would cost. Total came around 3k for a sleeveless blouse and looks very average for the price i paid.

My wife loves this place and as guy I am happy when my wife is happy. They dig this place so much and use them for any clothing service when it comes to big functions. It maybe a bit on expensive side but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. This place makes sure you are happy before you leave with any clothing you buy. They can alter how much ever times till you are completely satisfied and they do that with a smile on their face which makes any customer confortable going back here again.

Overall my wife is happy so I am providing 4star rating as I only provide 5 star when service is too exceptional.

Given wedding blouse for stitching and it was not in proper size, after 4,5 trial and restitch they just tried to make it correct by tight fit.waited one whole month for getting it stitched and it didnt even show that level of class.local stitching centers are much better compared.spending so much and this is what we recieve.so pathetic.

Am a person who designs my attire for my close relatives and friends functions. I usually go to Paris for that. The designer's take up our ideas and also contributes some and finally the perfect attire will be ready. I have done around 5 attires from here. I really appreciate their stitching and service. Also we can have a budget friendly atmosphere with the designer and can finalize our budget accordingly. Thankyou Paris de Boutique.

Good service and the material quality is really fabulous. As the reviews mentioned above regarding the Customer service I just wanna give a try how they behave with us. To be honest they treated us well and the staffs were very cooperative with us. Actually we had a plan to just give a try but we purchased more above than we had planned. Thanks to Paris, I really recommend everyone to give a try.

TERRIBLE! Worst worst customer experience. The staff have zero skills in dealing with customers. I had a very terrible experience. There are a lot of good designer boutiques in Kochi, would never ever recommend this shop to anyone.

They don't need an intro.they're a house name when it comes to custom designing for that special day in your life. Also with the name comes the price. They provide quality results and it's perfect.

The staff was soo cooperative. The only problem is we will have to wait to meet the designers as they are busy sometimes. But its ok we have to value other customers too and their time. Regarding the stitching no other boutique can compete with Paris, thats why we still dont go for other option.

Well this was our first experience and it has sealed the fate of any future association with the boutique, as the place is akin to the saying 'naam bade aur darshan chote'. Though it managed to lure us with it's name and the facade, their service was what really put us off. The designers are self proclaimed know-it-all for whom the material was not enough. They had no reference design books for the customers to browse, gave us a choice of not more than 2 or 3 designs. And then they did a patchy work which also included bridal blouse for which they give their own reasons. Price charged for the type of work they do is unreasonable. It would be much better if they showed interest in hearing out the grievances of the customers patiently. Instead of first come first serve, preferential treatment was also being given to the regular customers while we sat there waiting for our turn to take the measurements. Not at all impressed by their designing and tailoring skills.

I had my engagement blouse stitched there. The fitting was so bad, and I didn't understand what's the point of taking measurements if this is the way they do it there. And worse, they charge very unreasonable charges.
Also they have the most arrogant management and staff! Customer service is just off the charts horrible! We have plenty of other better options in Cochin. Never going back to this one!

One of best places to get designer wear stuff, stitching and fitting is top notch. My wife & daughter gets all her outfits stitched and dedigned from here.

Worst customer experience. There is no need to give extra money for tailoring. They have arrogant behaviour if their stitching is wrong. They don't have old quality in stitching clothes.

Got my cousin's wedding gown tailored at Paris. The level of craftsmanship was exceptional. The designers were very knowledgeable. Paris also has a shop dedicated to bespoke tailoring for men, where we got the groom's suit as well. The designers did a great job of giving a "couple" theme to the wedding costumes.
I would highly recommend Paris for couples looking for designing complementing costumes for the bride and the groom.

Cant complain on their stitching part. They have met my expectations. But customer service.horrible. They way they responded to our queries were so humiliating. One of the designer doesn't even know how to talk or rather be courteous. Though i got a perfect stitched blouse this very act doesn't push me more towards them. After all customer is the king!

Very bad experience from the manager and the tailor of Kottayam shop. I gave 6 raw silk blouse material 4 months back. They gave me the stiched one on time and I paid the full charge. But none of them was not properly stiched so that I can't raise my arm up to my shoulder. I gave them back those. They asked me to come after 2 weeks. Then again I tried it the same problem exist and I informed them
. But they again asked me to wait and they will send all the blouse to the ernakulam shop and they will correct it. But after one month Ithey couldn't correct the defect. Then I asked them to give me the stitching charged and the cost of the material. Then their attitude disappointed me. They argued with me that they will do the corrections but by that time that material was tared at the stiched parts. Then after several arguments they agreed to repay the amount after going there several times.

Used to love the place at a time. Lately it's getting bad. Really bad. Nearly every time there is an alteration to be done

Once I got a wedding blouse stitched and the design was not what was agreed earlier.
If you need value for money please DONOT opt this place. If you have lots of money and dunno what to do still this is not an option.

Stitched my wedding blouse here and it was a disaster. Wrong and uncomfortable fitting, design work not good and not done as directed and also even basic interlocking not provided. Considering their extravagant charges they are purely looting people. Very much disappointed.

Very bad customer service, I waited from the morning till nyt for getting the delivery they receive order b4 a month and they will start working on it on the delivery date. Very bad experience.

Most pathetic customer service. No reply to my messages in WhatsApp. Not customer oriented at all. Very disappointing. I have asked to let me know the prices of couple of clothing, waited for their response for few days, no appropriate reply. So dissatisfied. I would not recommend to any of my friends. Unreliable.

My partner gave two wedding blouses to stitch here. They messed up literally everything. Measurements, sizes, everything. Three alterations caused a lot of stress when planning the wedding. Terrible experience. They made delays of over two days for simple services and still made us wait over two hours at the location. The worst part is that they will never accept the blame for anything in spite of obvious mistakes. Finally, there was a very obvious red stain on the wedding sari which we only noticed on the day of the wedding due to delays.
I recommend choosing another place unless you don't have another choice.
