The rooms was good and neat, but worst service, they refused to give us plates when we asked to eat our own food.

Rooms are good, cleaning staffs too very nice, but very much disappointed with the recepetion staff service. Not at all professional, very slow and not at all effecient, we ordered plates for having food for my kids but we got it after one day. We called so many times and the treatment was so poor.
Sorry to say this.

A good business class hotel with clean rooms. The rooms are small though and can seem a little claustrophobic.

Location -is located inside another property of same name park residency so hard to find unless someone guides you.

Rooms- AC works only unidirectional and upto 9am.

Well maintained, clean, hygiene
All the glasses, toilets got special cleaning labels reflecting the excellent care by the management.
Small size windows so less ventilation.

Check in process is hastle free, desk person was cooperative and guided properly.

The behaviour of the reception staffs was too rude and disappointing. The quality of stay was pathetic. While I asked for plates to serve breakfast, one of the staffs told me to collect myself from the mess hall. Very much unacceptable from a hotel.

Worst ever hotel in my journey.

Really now this people's are very very rude. Manager was so harsh to the customer. They charged me full tariff for 2hrs early check-in. Hereafter i never suggest this hotel anybody. I only suggested all of my office colleague to stay in this hotel.

They charged my one day traffic ₹2000 for just 2hrs early check-in.

Previous i made early check-in they never charged anything.

If you're doing the same you lose all the regular customer for sure.

Don't think you're too smart so many other hotels also there in Kakkanada.

This is my old review: Value for the money. Please try to resolve the third floor lift issue. Reset of the things are good.

Last week i stay in connect, i had bitter experiance, your manager one mr rajesh he doesn't how to behave the guest, if your management saw this pls teach him.

Am using this prosperity form 2017 to till initial time there couple ladies an gents use to take the front in such a manner with smiley face and proper response.last dec I went I felt something is missing even corridors were not that much clean I think management is facing some issue … today am trying to call reception no body lifting the phone

Very bad service.
I booked a double room for my stay and confirmed over phone (room rent) in the morning.
After few hours again called from the hotel and asking price hike for the same room.

I had a dirty experience with this hotel, especially from the staff of the night shift who are less well at seeing women. No one's look or expression was not right and there was no shortage of comments that customers could hear. This caused me to get angry at the reception in the middle of the night.

Then by the time when we get out for an outing, they will enter our room using a duplicate access card in the name of cleaning and bed rearrangement, this behaviour without giving any information also seemed to be not good.

If you are coming to this hotel as a family or as a couple you should think twice about your safety and choose another hotel.

The key to providing a good hotel service to customers is always in the hands of the staff. In the case of this hotel, it is a huge failure.
