It’s pretty old property and poorly maintained

Some switches weren’t working
And bathroom was clogged

Can be taken as a last resort to stay
But there can definitely better hotels at this price range

The place is famous for buffet especially dinner. The food is tasty, nothing exceptional though. Good ambiance and staff. Its one of the affordable buffet restaurants in trivandrum. However Alacarte is on an expensive side.

You should maintain the buffet area better. Came for late dinner. The restrooms were in awful condition. After seeing the condition of restrooms, we even lost our mood to eat.

Strongly recommend this property. All the staffs are very much helpfull and attentive to our request swiftly.especially associates from engginering events and special thanks to Alan from Front office. (if am not mistaken)

Tried Buffet from here. I think it cost around 400 rs. Dishes wer nice and average taste. Nothing was extra ordinary.

Located near Ulloor junction, it offers average experience. Entire place provides a very lukewarm experience. Food is average. Staff looks tired and disinterested. Buffet had all cold items Saving grace was Dosa and Payasam.

Worst food ever! Nice ambiance! Excellent customer service! Lstars are only for the service and ambiance!

Good place for family. Went there for buffet lunch. 335/head. Courteus staff. Should go early for getting parking. Dont expect too much. Calm ambience. During summer heat is a problem.

Good place with party place.for around 20 car parking.drivers avaioable for parking.good for small birthday party. Buffet is also available

Am giving one star for hospitality, the attendants and front desk and security are v nice.the bathrooms are deplorable and rooms are in a dilapidated condition and quite dirty. Also proximity to road makes it noisy.there are no fans and the a.c isn't that cooling, sooooo.

Service needs a lot of improvement.during my visit they delayed my lemon soda for 30 mins post food.on requesting the bill they got the beverage along.on refusal, they wanted the payment.see that shows priority.and offcourse I paid, cuz that's the last u r getting from me
