We only had a lunch at the restaurant. It has a decent ambience but the taste wasn't good and not properly cooked.

Came here only for Good food.
No meals available. When we visited they had no Biriyani. Arabian not available.

Good hotel. Bar is nearby. Away from city center. Well behaving staff. Wifi, ample car parking space, good restaurant are other attractions.

You should definitely opt for AC option at first floor. Everything from the room ambience, lighting and service. This place doesnt look as good from outside as it is from inside. Also, you can get Heineken here, so that is a plus.

We had booked this location for our dinner and stay for my cousins engagement, even after informing them in the morning about an evening dinner booking, the service was pathetic, they took our order at 8 pm and starters were served at 9.30, after taking order they came back to us 3 times after 1 hour to inform about most of the items not being available, they didn't servers to serve food, we had to get up and serve our guest as food was just dished out and kept on the adjacent table. Pathetic service

As a first step, I give this hotel a one-star rating. (I would have given it a -10 if there was an option)

Reason: - During dinner there, our first impression was that there is no security at the gate or parking lot; anyone could place a scratch on the car or steal it from inside. However, when we entered the reception, it was very clean and well arranged; no one was in the reception area. As I entered the Restaurant it was like walking into a self-serving and cooking restaurant. There were no human beings working at the restaurant. After 10 minutes waiting with god's grace one person entered the restaurant.

My first question was about security, and he said, "Sir, we will only have security after 11.30 pm only. " I told him that's cool. That's a lot of faith you have in us. Once I turned my head, he vanished. Is it a dream? We wait for 5 more minutes. After that incident, we decided to move to another restaurant. One service employee emerged from air and asked if I had ordered anything. I said "No. " he said, "Okay sir. ". That time, I remember that poor owner's plight.

We went there because of the name that they created in Kakkanad which we visit occasionally. However, now I will let you know that they will concentrate on only bar and hotel. Not a good place for restaurant.

Please do not laugh when I tell you another comedy when we called to make a reservation, I asked their star rating and their response was

“FOUR STAR”

Poorly manages restaurant. Poor Service. I had pre-booked the restaurant early morning, I was been promised that me and my guests will be treated really well. We got cold food after waiting for 1 hour 15 mins. I wish I could give them 0 stars. My guests came from Mumbai, and such horrible treatment.

Check out time should be a 24 hrs cut off, change your rules please, ambience was good, neat rooms. Issue with hotel policy not staff or place. Good place

Rooms are good for staying and have a good banquet hall. But dealings not good
