Very prompt. I have always had the best experience with people at the Passport offices. The passport seva kendra I visited was very professional and organized. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the process went smoothly. I was able to get my passport in a timely manner and the office was very accommodating with my needs. Overall, I had a great experience and I highly recommend this office for anyone looking to get a passport or other related services. It will be veryhelpfulI. I would like to give a five star plus. The service is really amazing and very professional approach. I hope every government office and staff should be like them.

A signage at the road, towards the ramp and parking would be clearly informative and helpful for first time applicants/ people who are not familiar about the building.

Regardless of the specific appointment you have taken, there’s a big cue, which is need to manage with a token system, by issuing token and displaying token to enter the facility.

Only applicants and parents (for minor applications) are allowed to enter.

Car parking is usually full.

Tea/Coffee shop, printing/ stationery is available in the building.

Passport case/ pouch is being sold at facility which is not a mandatory requirement, people pays without knowing it.

Beware or canvassing in the building for unnecessary paperwork.

Sorry. I have a very bad opinion. It's been 6 days since I applied for the passport. I still haven't received the passport. We were planning to go this week.

To be frank, I went for taking the tatkaal and the lady in that counter is good to men but not to women, such a rude behavior. PSK should try to hire friendly and fast staffs rather than people like her.

Everything was completed in one hour, applicants need to carry clear aadhar and 10th certificate copies and the application receipt copy

This passport office is very delay for doing formalities. And car parking space is average. But bike parking is better than car parking.

Friendly staff and speedy process. Only 30 minutes needed for me to renew my passport in normal way. No need to take photocopy documents outside, inside passport office only 1 Rs per page only for photocopy.

Had a great experience with this passport and visa agency! I was planning a family trip but didn’t have a passport for my teenage son. We had only one month to do this as the rest of the trip plan was set. Surprisingly, these guys made it possible in 5 working days. Highly appreciated service!

It was great experience after visiting passport seva kendra Thrissur. I went for passport renewal it was very fast process and multiple counters are there to handle numerous crowd.for passport renewal you just need adhar card and passport and no need of other copies, and photo they will take it in first counter.

I went there for my passport renewal. @hat to say? Very fast service, good cooperation of staffs and polite attitude. I took only 35 minutes to finish all formalities and the third day I got my renewed passport. Very fast service. No negative points to say here. Thanks for all staffs from bottom to top. Keep it up.

Where you can get things done related to your Indian passport, like applying new passport, renewal, details ammendment so on. Book token online or through agents.

C section staffs behaviour is too rude, impolite, and using bad words.never want to visit this place. Such a mess in our country.

Worst service ever. Very poor management of the crowd. They torture people to the core. They make people wait for 3-4 hours to complete the entire
process. No proper seating available. The place is damn crowded. Suggest not to book appointment here.

At the heart of Thrissur town, near Railway Station. Has enough parking spaces at Ground level. Few Restaurants are there in the same building. Many Digital Services Centres also available, for taking Copies and Passport related Services, in the same building.

The center is very fast, but the only problem is, it is very crowded. They have ample parking space for four wheelers and two wheelers. The staffs are quite friendly but still could be better. Overall it is a quite simple procedure. You just have to follow their instructions so that your job will be completed in a jiffy. After That you have to wait for the police verification and postal services to reach you.

Very bad experiance and a few staff behave good. When I get to my A counter there was a lady who behave very rudely it was a bad experiance to me.

I think I have never seen such a beautiful government office. I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism. This is the kind of office i would like to see in all government offices. Keep it up and thanks for the great service.

For any purpose whether it's for passport, PCC or anything else. The process very quick and easy.
Reach there at the mentioned time.everything else will be completed in efficient manner.

But remember not to fall in additional scams such as passport cover which cost 500₹ and process status tracker via OTP. The second mentioned thing is completely useless? They offered me that they will send my status regarding the application.but got no such information till now after the delivery of my needed document.

Very very very bad experience here, they behave as if this place is their own property, they think they are superior, And look upon other’s as their slaves, they are too much racist.

Think twise before visiting the place. Parking inside is a nightmare. Inside, first 2 counters were smooth. Third one, took forever. The staffs complaining its a system trouble. They said they cant say when it will be rectified. Eventually, crowds started complaining. They will say you can wait outside. (on the road) You go with your family, kids.you are stuck. I dont know if any other passport office have the same issue. You pay for the service and you are treated with irresponsible comments.like.we dont know.its a network issue.we dont know when it will be rectified.we are helpless.etc.
Come on India.at least lets make this 'Make in India passport' an effortless process.

There is enough parking for small vechiles but if you have a sedan manuvering through sharp corners are going to be a hazzle here. And there is a 30 INR parking fees. Considering these factors and from my experience passport seva kendra in Aluva is comparatively a better option.

I visited on a working day, there was a crowd, but still enjoyed a hassle-free service.

If you go prepared with all your documents (mainly Aadhaar, 10th certificate, the photo copies of these and in some cases PAN card) then it takes less than an hour to finish the whole process, provided there are no errors in your documents/forms. You can take photocopies from the office or there are shops within the building.

Photos will be taken by them so it's not necessary to carry them with you. Police verification also finished on the same day.
The staffs were friendly while handling queries.

Limited parking space is available, behind the office building.

My appointment was at 11.45 am and I was finally done with the process only by 3 pm. The first two counters took no time, but I had to wait for around two and a half hours for the last counter.

There were no measures whatsoever to control crowding inside the building despite warnings from the govt about the third Covid wave hitting the state. Around a hundred (if not more) people were kept waiting for hours after they were done with the first two counters. The waiting hall was a closed one with no ventilation. Fearing COVID, I didn't think it was wise to remove my mask to drink water although I was hungry and tired from not having my lunch.

Having previously been to the Passport Office at Kochi, I'm familiar with the process and back there it had taken under 30 mins.

Pros
1) TCS has made the whole process butter smooth with their excellent softwares and co ordination.
2) The staff who does the paper work, scanning etc are fast and make you very comfortable.

Cons
1) Dingy place with not enough parking. You may have to drop your car at the nearest pay and park which is 6-10 minutes walk. Advice - if you are coming with children, drop them near passport Seva and park and come back.
2) front desk staffs are nice. But the manpower is not enough to manage the crowd. Staffs need timely breaks. They are not getting enough breaks and some tend to get a bit rude. It’s just work pressure.
3) if you are going alone with children you may have your set of confusions. Since wife was away, I had to sign few forms which are meant for people like me. Still they insist on getting wife another day with kids. The staff had told she just need to sign and give the papers as biometric were done already. But they had to repeat the whole process. There is definitely a lack of communication and they can have a counter to clarify such things
4) photostat person, securities bring back the government feel with their approach

I have overall good experience. My appointment was at 10: 30am and I have completed all procedure inside there in 30 minutes and get exited at 11.00am.

The things needed there was the school certificate and any address proof card. They asked the copy of the certificates.it is possible to take the photocopy of the certificates Inside the passport office and is cheap only ₹1 rupees is there for a copy.

No need to take the photocopy of the application. The message in the phone is needed for them.

There are three sections A, B and C

In section A the copy and original of school certificate and any ID proof is needed here from here we get the token for the next stage.

In section B the photograph is taken and the details entered in the application filled online are checked and spelling mistake or any other changes can be done here. The fingerprints are also scanned here. At here they will tell you to activate the SMS charge for the notification of the process. If you want you can buy it is not mandatory.

Then in section B the original certificates are checked then we can move to next section C

In section C the final casual checking is done and after that we can exit from there.

Good service by passport staff.but TCS guys suck, they have head weight and behave as if they are the government officials, rejecting applications.they don't accept photocopy of e-aadhar, so that they can get the money for photocopying, which is available inside the office itself (₹1 per copy). The shops below doesnt have the right to photocopy.there are people canvassing.tcs guys will sell you SMS update (₹50/-) & cover for passports (₹2000)

Take an appointment reach there 15 minutes before the appointment.no need to wait for a long time.just show the appointment paper.even if there is queue u can go inside if u r on time.iwent there up to 6 times. Finished all the procedure within 30 to 45 minutes. Take the required documents along with Xerox copy. That's it. No need to take passport cover and sms charge. It's all are optional.

Very good service. Everything is swift and easy. But they should do something to control the crowd waiting outside.

Very bad experience, I took an appointment for 11 in the morning but had been waiting here the whole day. I have already said Good morning and good afternoon to the staff and guess what, good evening is on the way. I sincerely regret my decision for taking an appointment and wasting money on it. I have already seen an uncle collapsing in the queue front of me because of low sugar, he had been waiting for long. I wonder when is my chance gonna show up! Still waitinggggg.
On the bright side, this gives me more motivation to leave the country asap.
If you ever want to visit the passport office, my kind advice is to take a full day off at work!

Much systematic. All procedures are much more easy. Now In covid pandemic situation some rescheduling issues are there to limit the applicants. All the staffs are much trained. Over all one can save their valuable time, some rush is seen in the entrance area since some peoples come early before their appointment and need to check temperature as well as containment zone. Those who are coming from containment area do carry vaccinated certificate as well those has not carry RTPCR negative

The office is located in a building where vehicles cant enter.

Some sort of artificial urgency atmosphere is created during the service.

The office needs to be relocated from Trissoor city.

The ideal place suited is Mannuthy.

After getting the token, we can complete our requirement in three counters A, B and C. Very organized.

This department is very efficient in doing their work, There are many procedures which is to be done before we can complete our verification. First we have to Submit our necessary documents, then we will get a token no, then accordingly we will have to go to a cabin to take a Photograph and to do a Sign, this time we can re-verify all details with which we had applied online to make sure all those details are correct. If you are wishing to get message notifications about the updates on time, you should have to register for that by giving some money (50Rs in 2021). Then there are two more verifications to be done before getting out, which will be called on token basis. Finally we can give them a feedback by filling out their feedback form. All the Officers and staffs are really friendly and there is a Photo stat option given in their building which will be useful for someone who forgot to take some of their photo copies.
There is enough space for parking our vehicles outside the building.

I was not in kerala since 10 yrs. But the service and quick delivery of passport really surprised me a lot.
One of the best organization with dedicated staff, facilities and systematic methods.
I have completed my procedures within 20 mnts and received my renewed passport within 26 hrs.

Went there for a 10am appointment yesterday for reissue/renewal of passport. (Regular service) Stepped out after all the process around 11: 00 am.
Got my police verification done around noon today and as soon as the police officer left, the postman rang bell saying “Your passport is here! ”

Fairly good experience and it took 1 hr for whole process. And they may ask you if you need a passport pouch, a brand new one along with your passport. It rates, 400,500,600, of course of different qualities. Not mandatory option. U can opt or not opt. I received the passpsort and pouch today, i.e. After 1 week of my visit to passport kendra. Sorry to say, really disappointed with the pouch I received. Its is small and doesnt seem its 500 worth. SO think twice before u opt.

Too much wait time. Not much covid-19 precautions.just made me sanitize my hands before entering. No sign of social distancing is seen

Pathetic Service. For PCC I got 7 messages from passport Seva "printed and will be dispatched shortly to your current address". While I am checking with passport office they stated that due to technical issue they are not able to print the document. Ideally within 3-4 days working days everyone will get the PCC. 1 week is over now. Still, I am waiting for PCC

20 മിനുട്ടിനുള്ളിൽ speedil കാര്യങ്ങൾ കഴിയും. Passport cover അവർ 400rs ne ചോദിച്ചു വാങ്ങാൻ നോക്കും. 400 rs ഉള്ള quality illa. വേണ്ട എന്ന് tharappichu പറഞ്ഞാൽ 400rs laabikkam. ടാറ്റാ കാരുടെ kollatharamane. ബാക്കി എല്ലാം ഉഷാറാണ്. രാവിലെ 1st section കിട്ടിയാൽ വേഗം കഴിയും.

Superb PSK. Visited today at 11 am and finished Passport Renewal (Reissue of Passport) within 45 mins to 1 hour. Hassle Free with proper signs/directions placed in wall and hanging boards from Initial Counter till exit.

Security Team guides you incase of any doubts. Opt for SMS its worth (again personal choice) and Email ID to receive Acknowledgement Slips.

Beware of passport covers: I renewed my passport in PSK thrissur and they asked me to buy passport cover while renewing my passport. As I have multiple expired passports, representative forced me to buy 600INR cover as it can carry 3 passports. I received the cover after three days and got to know that it can carry only one passport. So I called Tata international (seller) to talk about the issue and came to know that all passport covers can carry a single passport. Also, there is no return policy for passport cover. So please don’t buy passport cover if you have to keep multiple passports.

Just wanted to make others aware that they will force in an inderect way to buy the passport cover. My mother-in-law and her sister had visited PSK Trissur for passport and they forced them to buy the passport cover. As they were not aware that it is not essential, they simply bought it. The girl who asked them to buy it convince them that it is an essential part.

The staff's are very polite to the customers. The overall arrangements in the office is very good, and hates of to the staff's for how they served their customers.

My Payments (Sms charges and passport cover by TCS) were done directly to the PSK personnel. There wasn't any bill but the product was delivered in 2-3 days time.

The car parking area is very congested and they ask a lot of money to park. We already paid the fees right. So they have to provide the parking also.

Posting this to give an awareness to people. My mother went to thrissur passport seva kendra for her passport appointment. Over there some people forced my mother to buy a passport cover rs. 400 worth. So these people will look for those people who can easily be tricked and will do the sales. They told my mom that its mandatory. I dont know why the authorities allow it. So people pls be aware of that. I am going to file a complain against this office. Passport service was ok though

Good staff, easy understandable arrangements for passpprt applicants. U can get all the passport functions and tests in 15 Minutes maximum.
Clean and tidy office premises. Drinking water is free available from the dispenser. Toilets are available for Ladies and Gents. Nee to improve the travelling road to roudha tower from the Backside of this building. Also can't bear the Huge parking fees without any cause.

TCS employees sitting in A counter will force you to buy passport cover and SMS service. Both are useless. Just ignore the pressure from them.

Am I in India? My word. What am experience at passport office Thrissur. Unbelievable. Appointment at 12 noon. I went at 11.30, was admitted in and came out all finished at 12.15.actually I was late at various counters. They were calling me before I reached. Very courteous and well behaved. Was all excellent and mind boggling pleasant experience. Kudos to the team.

Excellent service I ever received from govt.whole process take only 20 mints for new passport request.counter A6 staff was asking to buy passport cover but I refused to buy then, she got angry since I didn’t give her time for explain about price and quality of cover. Lol.

The process is quick and the staffs are really good.
It is at a walkable distance from both the KSRTC bus stand and the Railway station.
The place has a good order so that confusion is avoided.
There are plenty of staffs for guiding through each section.

2. Don't forget to carry a pen and adequate coins or change for the photocopy charges.
3. Keep all the documents ready with you.
4. Avoid agents. If they can do from their end, definitely you can.
5. Use the passport India website to get an appointment and upload all the necessary documents (if needed).

One of the biggest and easiest passport save kerdra's in Kerala. Al the staff's are very friendly and honest.

Attended this office on 29th January, 2019 at the appointed time of 11.00 am. Ushered to the particular counters through the electronic monitors as well as a smartly dressed, helpful and vigilant security personnel. The ordinarily dressed officials in the counters belied their looks through cordial and efficient handling of the files and documents. In spite of the rush I was out of the office within 45 minutes, work completed successfully without any hitches. If only all our government offices are like this! India would have been a paradise on earth. I am doubtful whether any offices in the developed countries could match the efficiency of this office. Keep up the good work, please.
