Pastry Chef

Very pathetic service. I ordered a cake with anniversary wishes on top.but they doesn't follow instruction. Without any wishes they packed and served. This is not the first time, it's second time am getting this type of blunder from your side. Because of that I carefully instructed to put up the wishes.but they didn't follow so am disappointed.

Very pricey, no variety in pastries. Selling 5 layer cake for 300rs which is just chocolate mousse cake. Very disappointing.

Had a very nice experience.easily accessible from NH, ample parking space, well maintained shop, nd the staff as well as management makes sure that the customers are satisfied. Thumbs up.keep going

My son had a deliciously wonderful birthday with the chocolate truffle black forest cake from pastry chef. Undoubtedly it's the best black forest cake we ever had.
Kudos to God who gave us the pastry chef to make our celebrations brighter

One more bad incident happened yesterday my friend bought one cake.
Later today she went there and asked for one box but they didn't gave.
They only sell their accessories if we buy cake from there.
Bad attitude

I have made my sister call to the shop for ordering a cake. The response was not at all welcoming from the person who attended the call. I'm living in Canada and also working as a customer service executive. This is not the way to behave to any customers because without them no business is going to remain. Very bad service and so we planned to give the order

They make good cakes. But the attitude of their manager is terrible. He ruined the entire surprise we planned for a friend’s wife on her first birthday after marriage. You should learn to behave properly with the customers.

Very very high price cake and tasteless. Customer service is so bad. Try not to get it. I never recommend.

Felt very bad today, came to buy one poper, candle and knife, owner asked do you need cake, I told no cake not required.
Sad thing is that I used to buy cake from there this October also I bought one cake.
Those things are to sell right?

When customer came to buy one poper candles and knife, owner told if you don't buy cake we won't sell those stuff. Very good attitude
