I had a really bad experience today with the shop staff and the owner (assuming that the lady - Bindu in Instagram page is the owner of the boutique). My experience that i am about to tell you has nothing to do with the products they are selling. However, the treatment my mother-in-law, my two-year-old toddler, and I received was nothing short of shocking.
Myself and my mother-in-law with my two year old toddler went to purchase from Sky kids, Kaloor shop which is close to this boutique. It was our first visit to this shop hence we were not sure about the parking facilities hence we parked our car in front of this boutique, since no one was nearby, I took the initiative to enter the boutique and kindly inquire with a staff member if it was permissible to park our car there for a few minutes. Without a moment's hesitation, the staff member raised his voice and aggressively ordered us to remove the car immediately. His tone and manner were completely disrespectful, nevertheless, we promptly exited the boutique to search for an alternative parking spot. To our astonishment, he followed us outside and continued to yell at us, I felt really bad and asked him just give us a minute while I look for a new spot to that he responded I will not let you park even for a second. His behavior was not only impolite but also displayed a lack of basic human decency. Even more disheartening was the fact that a lady, who I presume to be the owner, came out of the shop and joined him, yelling at us to vacate the premises. This entire ordeal happened in less than two minutes. As a lady, she should have expressed more empathy, especially given the presence of a toddler.
Its not about letting us park, it’s about the way they responded disappointed us. We felt horrible about the diminishing humanity among the people especially from a business that caters to the public. It is crucial for your business to maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for customers. - Here is my feedback as a response to your below comment: As I have mentioned previously this was my first experience, if i already had a bitter experience before i won't have choose to encounter you again, secondly if my intention was to ignore your disapproval i won't bother to ask your permission. However if you insist that i have created an issue previously and tried to leave ignoring your disapproval please upload the original CCTV footage of last incident and today's incident for everyone understanding and to prove your authenticity.
Really good stitching, and many fabric options as well. They dye the fabric any colour you want and if you follow the after care right, the colour stays in so well.

I visited a few other shops, but found the perfect dress for me with patterns Design Studio' help. The owner of the shop and the supporting staffs was very helpful, offering a variety of styles. She was patient and professional. Once again thanku so much for patterns Design Studio.
Very disappointed with their dealings. The lady who looks like the owner of the shop was very arrogant with us.she will be one of the reasons if the shop is closed forever.
This is one of the worst boutique which i ever seen my life.plz dont go here.over priced.they charged me 2500 for stiching (blouse). Itz was incomplete not fit.i tried to contact the owner via whats app.she kept declined my call.i got trpef becz of reshma subins video.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. I HAD SUCH A BITTER EXPERIENCE THERE. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS EVEN. AND REGARDING THE PRODUCTS, TRYING TO COPY THE DESIGNS FROM OTHER WELL KNOWN BOUTIQUES. After reaching home only we realised that the very bad quality of the product. Are you ready to refund the money if we give the product back.so that we could buy original product from original shop na?

I've been to many boutiques before. But this one is the worst I've been to. The reason is extremely amateurish customer service. They really need to learn to respect customers.
