Pattom Royal Hotel

Located in the heart of the city and easy accessible. They have a great roof top for tipplers and a decent hall for small to medium parties/events.

I am not satisfied. A bad smell while entering into the room as in a local lodge. The management should take attention in this matter.
Loud sound from the AC. Totally not satisfied.

Parking is the only problem. Good food, service and rooms. Very good to hist a party here.

The hotel is situated middle of the city … hot water was not coming into the shower and we complaint it 6.45 and the service person came at 7.45 and but still problem was not solved, ; breakfast taste was not good and in dinner soup was dry look like jelly… the bed was too small to sleep with couple and baby … but anyhow we adjust ourselves.

Hospitality and services of the hotel was very good. Staff of the hotel was very corporative. Services on one call. You will get every thing at same shelter. Please visit once you will remember your trip

Stayed here for 3 days.restaurant seems to be quite expensive but taste is good.room and services provided by royal hotel is amazing.near by to most of the places as well

Attended a birthday celebration there. It seemed the hall was adequate for serving food as well as for having leisure. There was another party hall which could accomodate 300 people if am right. They have identified menu that they will serve for free if you book the hall. That hall will be good for marriage receptions if the number of guests falls within 300. The staffs were very cordial and supportive. Parking is available and this place is on the main road side.

A very good place where there is ample ambiance for a get-together. There is a good hall to facilitate. One can enjoy good cuisine also.

The hotel has the potential to be very good; the infrastructure and rooms are good. But sad to say, the service there is incredibly slow and unorganized. Stayed there recently due to a marriage function, even asking for a simple towel, or a bottle of water takes more than half hour to arrive. Laundry and pressing services, although it's mentioned in a pamphlet in the room that it would take only 2-3 hours, they tell us that it would be done only on the next day evening (even if given the previous day morning). Hotel has the potential to be in world standards of the services are good and fast, but the condition it is now, I wouldn't spend my own money on the rooms there
