The best creamery in the town. Their salted caramel cheesecake is a must try. The ambience and the seating arrangement is also nice.

Their waffle combos are just out of the world! They are soo crispy and tasty…The most yummiest ice creams I have ever had in Trivandrum. Best place in Trivandrum for variety of ice creams, cheese cakes and waffles.

One of the best sweet spots in Trivandrum. Costly place. But it's worth it. In-house ice creams as well as waffle combos are lovely. They provide good cheesecakes. This is a cozy place. And the staff is gentle and warm. They assist you very patiently. One problem you could face is that they only have a limited space for parking. I went on a Sunday and the shop was crowded.

Lovely experience with the owners and staff.felt like sitting longer with family as the atmosphere was very comfortable (no unwanted artificiality no hue and cry of a foreign brand shops) definitely for a book lover it felt like sitting and reading there for long hours. Their soft and approachable nature made our first visit truly a rememberable experience.the Snowy timeline on the walls was also an experience in itself.

Worst cake we have ever tried. The cakes are so rigid equal to a rock! Please please dont get this cake. Honest review!

Great for waffles, icecreams and cheesecakes. Suggestions - Mikado waffle, Pistachio icecream, New York cheese cake.

Poor customer service. Had to wait forever to get my order. The guy on billing counter was kinda rude too.

With a wonderful total vibe and Good options on Icecreams and some Drinks it's a wonderful place. The food was extremely good with only enough sweetness so that we can enjoy the exact flavour of melting chocolate and other things that is going into the dishes. The total vibe of the place is so good to go with friends and Having a good time along with a Great service. It's totally a good place to hangout though a bit pricey it's OK with the Quality

Absolutely loved the Fruifles and the coffee. The cheesecake was also good. The service was excellent and they followed every covid protocols with care even thought the place was attracting a crowd. Only problem is parking in a busy day in the city. If they find some parking space, there is no cons to going to this place to have a heavy snack and soothing coffee.

This place has one of the best dark chocolate ice creams I've ever had.

Plus the waffles? Are light and cloud like. With a scoop of Ferrero Rocher ice cream, it is a heavenly dream.

Waiting to go back for more ice cream. All their flavours are really good. Their ice cream is not heavy though. I still felt pretty light after having two big scoops and half a waffle. Best date place and a place for the family!

The staff are friendly and they greet you warmly. Even though it's Covid time now, they follow the protocols and the whole place is a must must visit.

Best eatery in Trivandrum. Icecreams and waffles are the best. Cheesecakes didn't feel good to me.

Its a good addition to the ice-cream craving tvmites.
Space constraints are the negative initially. High time they moved to a spacious place.
Staff are very helpful and hospitable.
Tasted kitkat icecream, cloud 9, caramel meltdown and wild berries sundae.
Caramel meltdown was awesome.
Their waffles are really good with the touch of crispiness and gooiness.
Cloud nine has a Ferro Roch icecream.but the taste was ok ok.kids do love the flavour though.
Wild berry needs to cut down their banana. Berries were almost invisible.
Price point is too high. Prices could be easily reduced by 25%. Or the quantity increased in waffles combo.
Waffle with maple syrup a basic waffle dish itself is 180 plus tax.which is too much. I feel it should be really reduced for a waffle experience which is mouthwatering but economical.
But on conclusion a nice place, nice choices, nice flavours but on the pricey side.
Ambience is good.maybe need to look for a more spacious place.

Cloud 9 is heavenly. I think I ordered more than 30 of it.

The best place for ice cream lovers. The flavours are so natural (mango icecream tastes like real mango) and price is okay (100rs/scoop). Their New York Cheesecake is a treat to the taste buds. Good service. However, the seating capacity and parking are quite limited. It's not uncommon to have some 15 minutes wait before you get a table.

Very good hangout spot with friends. Though the products are a bit overpriced, the food they offer is really good. The quantity is low comparing to the price

We tried Salted Caramel and the one with Nutella and Banana. All were very good, crunchy and melting inside mouth. Best is to consume sitting there immediately after they prepare to enjoy the proper taste.

The Waffles are reasonably priced and the fast outlet offers you a wide rande of waffles with diffirent toppings and flavours.

The quality of the waffle is really nice and soft and has the crisp touch to it perfecting the ideal waffle.  Bit pricey but quality is worth it

Definetly worth the visit when in Trivandrum!
