It says heritage bunglow and not a great option for your stay and enjoy. Property is bit expensive with no basic amenities. Nice speaking staffs.
Do not book any house boat with them. I had very bad experience for the boat i booked and paid heavy amount.the boat was too bad. They dont have proper rooms. Was so dirty and lots of mosquito in the night. Took 2.5k for arranging my daughter birthday and did exactly 10ballons and one small cake in the room was very disappointed. Boat food was not at all good and they asked us to buy fish of our choice. We landed up to pay another 2k for fish which is almost double to my bangalore price. Boat was charged 14k for one night is higher than staying in 5 star hotel. They confirmed boat journey is around 50kms. But travelled only 5kms and halted.
Totally excitement was failed after travelling in the house boat.
I urge travellers to personally see the house boat (100s of house boat will be available in the boat yard) then negotiate and book. They always says the boats are in high demand and all is very false.
Be aware of people took money in advance and you may be disappointed totally. This is my personal experience and may be others has worst or better experience than me.

Totally i landed to pay just for one night stay in pearl beach and one night in boat and a worst birthday arrangement.paid 26500k. Could have travelled to Maldives.
Overall not happy.

Good place for Truism, But Bad Rules, No co operative GOV department, main problem is in kerala GOV employees not respond for nation

I stayed at this place with my family of 4 and we booked the family room with 2 double beds. It is an extremely clean property. Freshly painted and well maintained. Host- Mr Samir is very understanding of the guests needs. The food - breakfast and dinner served was delicious. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Alleppey.
