Pearl Royal Bar & Restaurant

Not at all family friendly. The premises is neat and clean but that's the only merit. I won't recommend their food and service. Behavioral trouble is there with the staff. They just don't care about clients. It took half an hour to bring drinking water.

Very bad service provided, lifts are stucked while elecricity cut off, most of the time power supply cut off, shower hot water not applied, noices of vehicles disturbing night sleep, breakfast not much tasty, overall much expensive and not satisfied

Executive bar is good. Very smells in wash room. Major brands available. Near to ksrtc bus station.

It has a nice ambience to sit and dine in.
Food is not up to the mark as expected. It has a nice parking space for cars. Bathrooms are also not that clean like the name Royal it's in the heart of the town, the main land mark is just next to the k s r t c bus stand. After all the price for the food is also not as per the quality of the food.

Customer service was amazing! Food was fantastic! Rooms were all air-conditioned with a balcony. Free cable. Restrooms were kept tidy.

Another 4 star Bar hotel at Thodupuzha.

Food is average, service is not good. Costly too.
Many premium brands are not available too.

Overall good. Under ground parking available. Hygienic restrooms. Good service. Seperate smoking space available. Food OK. Right beside KSRTC bus station. Friendly employees.

Watch out if you stay there.people will open your room while you are out and search through your personal belongings. Most of the staff is good but there are some.
