If have zero rateing definitely i givet that.bad customer services, customers are searching products, but the staff are jocking together and laughed loudely, very disappointed

Too costly. I recently visited this store and bought an item worth ₹120. Then I saw the same product in another store but the price was just ₹60. And they don't have many products in this shop.

I recently visited this store and was not impressed. The selection was limited and the staff has got no idea about the product they're showcasing and was not very friendly. The prices were also much higher than other stores in the area. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

In thevera this shop is a good Choise where you can get gift items, Children's toy, ladies items etc i have bought some gifts for my friend from there

Be very careful when you place and order with fern and petals, Its purely misleading the customer with wrong details. If you are planning to gift for you loved one be very careful when u place an order, The most important part is about the product which is listed in the portal and the product getting delivered will be different, when u raise a complaint ticket, the CRE is so dump they don't have any idea how to provide a Resolution, Please very very careful while ordering, it purely a faking and Iam sure that Most of the customer would have experienced the same, Please make a wise decision while or thinks twice before ordering via Ferns & Petals.

Gift should have been delivered on 12th. 5 tickets raised. Gift not delivered and money not returned.

Nice ambiance. Nice staff. Reasonable prices with warranty on products. Perfect location of shop.

Good store. Contain ladies fancy items in low price, ornaments, cosmetics, gifts, watches, some hand made craft decorating items, and other kids items like doll. Even they had given some warranty on some items. And staff is helpful.
