Very good service. Mr. Abhilash is friendly type and do's all the needs for customers. Very enjoyable resort.food is nice. The food preparation for my baby is yummy.

Good stay. Stayed 3 days in July 2023 with my family members. Kids enjoyed a lot. Swimming pool is new. Food is tasty. Staffs are very cooperative.

Resort is very small but yeah one night stay with friends is fine I guess. They have a good pool, a small badminton court.newly constructed rooms, breakfast is basic. I don't have any wow moments and neither I had any bad moments. I went there for a specific reason and it met my expectations so I guess 3 out of 5 for me.

We had lots of fun, rooms were really good. Had good privacy, Best for couples, friends and family.

Nice place. Calm and quiet. Food is superb. Staffs are very friendly. Good for bachelors. Some challet are rennovating. Those new are superb.

Very bad customer service. They don't have a proper management and System to deal with bookings and enquiry. Called three times there, and gunda like person answer the phone and his behaviour was very bad that he don't know how to deal with customers politely. And promise me to call back for my query and he never did.

I made the mistake of going there without reading the others reviews, so if you are reading this don't make the same mistake as me. I am giving it 1 star because there is no option to give 0 stars. The hosts are clearly cheating the guests by creating an impression of fully working resort on all online platforms. When in fact it is still under construction as of November, 2022 They are taking bookings with just 4 cottages built while the rest are under construction. There are no security measures on the resort so if you're a female or have female cotravellers with you, do yourself a favour and do not go there. It's just not safe.

We were a group of 9 friends and we went for a staycation at this beautiful resort. As of now there are some construction works going on. So if you are a family looking for a staycation I would not recommend this place. Bit for a group of friends this place is a must visit. The resort is located on an island with a very peaceful vibe. The rooms had some issues due to less maintenance. But due to the construction, you can get this resort at really cheap rates. So I would really recommend this resort to all the guys out there looking for a peaceful staycation.

One star i have gave because that is the least option i would say no star rating. I just reached the phoenix island parking and there was only one guy who was speaking in phone and when i enquired him he just asked me to wait. I just called the resort and after sometime the same guy picked us in one boat and let us to phoenix island resort. I thought the trip is going to be super exciting as we went through the backwaters to reach the resort. Once we reach the resort i was completely broke they are just building the rooms near the backwater now. The restaurant and reception are same. It was like street side hotel. Finally they gave us one room which was too hot and they told this is the only room where hot water works. I finally went in to the room and started checking taps for hot water. To my surprise on trying to switch from hand shower to top shower i tried to pull the knob which gave me a current shock. Thanks to the loose knob it feel down which saved my life. I told the resort owner regarding this and the reception guy gave me an another room. I told him to check since i am not electric man to absorb electricity. He got the same shock after some time. He finally gave me a room with heater. I dont want to risk once again so i asked him to switch off the heater. This time the knob was super enough to fall down when i turned on the shower. I am happy that i didnt get any shock now. When i turned on the AC switch it was like hot balloon of air coming out of AC. This is my threshold point i just vacated the hotel and asked agoda for a full refund. Thankfully they processed it after several questions. Best resort to stay is Estuaria and poovar island resort based on the locals.

We felt we are cheated with the property looks uploaded by the host. Rooms were neat but not matched with the expectations they created. Most importantly property ambience was worst at peak. Except the pool area nothing makes u entertain. Even if u make a wrong decision to stay there never make a 2nd wrong in ordering the fud there

Economical. Although rooms need more maintanance. The pool is the main attraction. We enjoyed a lot there. The staffs are friendly. And the food is good.

Room is neat and clean. Bathroom also has more space and good maintenance. Staffs are friendly to customers. Pool is clean and clear. Food is need to improve price also slightly more. Otherwise room cost are responsible only.

This property is not as shown in the website. They claim it to be three star but if you want my honest opinion I will give it one star just for the room.
They had pool access rooms but those are dirty I don't recommend this to anyone who wish to book this property. Rooms are ok but there are no facilities that a resort provides.
The service is satisfactory, food is also good but in terms of accessibility it is poor. The garden is not maintained properly. The restaurant is unhygienic and full of mosquitoes. The place is not for family or couple. It is just for locals who wish to spend a night here.
Those of you who wish to book the place my advice is book only for a night not more than that. We booked for two nights but we cancelled the booking and stayed only for a night.
The website showed lake view rooms but when we reached those rooms were unavailable as their condition was pathetic. They are using those rooms as staff quarters so don't book lake view rooms.
If you are not conversant in Malayalam then communication will be a tedious task for you as the staff does not speak Hindi just a little bit of English only.
It is in a secluded area and there is nothing to pass the time. You have to stay locked up in the room only, there is no entertainment area or sports area just a vast expanse of wilderness. There is a small pool and if you are lucky and no other guests then you will get to enjoy it, otherwise you have to wait for your turn.

One star is given only to put review.even that star is not deserved.cannot be said as a resort.not in any means. Only advice Dont Go. In future if things gets better then Go Thats all
